- Got this in from someone who wanted to see what I could do with it. I wasn't too sure if it could be saved considering how bad it is.

Oh yes I remember this car from a video a couple of weeks ago where you spoke about the upcoming stuffs and I have been looking forward to this one ever since
Cool, I hope you liked it
@@OutlawSpeedShop2001 I'm still watching! 😁
Ghost of General Lee! You talk as much as you want. That's how some of us learn. Remember the ones talking crap are usually on the toilet taking one. Great video! I happen to have been born on the day the Dukes Of Hazard showed their first episode.
Dude you talk just the right amount... it’s not boring at all...if I ever get a charger in real life this is what I want done to it... man is this thing work of art!!!
I used to have two of the ertl Dukes of Hazzard "General Lee" cars back when I was a kid... now I'm 42 years old and I collect the model kits and a couple of 1:18 scale version of that car.. but that one you restored looks pretty sharp 👍👍👍😀😀😀
This car came out great. Great choice of paint. I always like to hear what you have to say and how you explain what you did and do. It makes those of us who customize hot wheels understand more and do the little things we haven't done. I'm always picking up new tips and tricks from guys like you. Great video. Can't wait for future videos.
That is a great take on the General Lee; looks way better than I would have predicted. I can't help feeling that a black bonnet (or hood; I'm British, don't judge me) would have really suited it.
*deep inhale*

You and the others that do this stuff are craftsmen in your own right, keep doing it,dont change a thing👍
That is an awesome custom. I agree, the color is so good with how you have it.
I wish more customizers would talk about what they done in the process thank you love in the videos you got a new subscriber
That looks incredible! Very, very well done!
Any charger that gets to be a general lee, is badass. To heck with the people who critisize, they just are mad cut they can't do it. Great work, and keep it up.
Really cool take on the ole general. I gotta find those wheels.
Thing looks sweet. You always make the best of what you're given.
That is just an Awesome version of the General Lee. Great job l really like the silver blue color too 👍
I love how you explain everything so we know exactly what you are doing.
Your paint jobs are getting better. The silver looks great with the black decals. 'Oh, dem Duke Boys!'
It came out beautifully, nice to see this done in another color too. I think you are very interesting to listen to, your narration is quite witty, not sure everyone would agree but oh well. 👍
I'm usually not a fan of changing up the General but you knocked this one out of the park. He looks phenomenal!
16:10 it's your show man, do it your way :) That car looks great, liking the way guys are expanding on the finishes, much more interesting!
I don't think you're boring or you talk to much...even if that was correct you're work is always awesome!!
Very nice custom. The new color looks awesome. I like the upgrade of the interieur with a dashboard an steering wheel.
I NEVER BEEN ON YOUR CHANNEL BUT I ENJOY IT
THANK YOU SIR
Funny thing is, the color of paint you used, reminds me of the color of the confederate soldier uniform. Nice job!
The ghost of the General Lee.
Wow this is a gorgeous custom. Love the colour and all the work you put into your projects. Bo and Luke would be jealous at this general.
U did the general proud :) i really like that silver/blue color it makes the car look sweet. Hope the customer loved it as much as i do.
I literally just found an old beat up Ertl General Lee. Found your video just in time to redo the paint job. So thanks for the video.
Thanks for this. Watched it last week enjoyed it so much got all my old toys out the loft old cans of spray and some relaxing events later iv brought new life to all my old stuff.my little boy is so happy...great stuff
That came out great.
Don't change anything about your videos, man.
It's your channel, do it your way.
Another great job,the colour looks really good with the decals,as for those who comment on how much talking you do,well you can’t please everyone as far as I’m concerned your videos are spot on even down to the music choice.Looking forward to the next.
THAT,
REALLY CAME OUT GREAT
I LIKE THAT COLOR ON THE GENERAL LEE, FOR A CHANGE
AWESOME PAINT AND DETAILING, THANK FOR SHARING
Looks outstanding! I WANT ONE !!!
I would have been tempted to go with white paint with the black decals like an episode where the ghost of the General Lee appeared. However, your channel, your choice and I really like the way it turned out 👍👍👍
Turned out great. I like the way your video is done. Keep up the great work!
nice custom resto! thank you for avoiding the overplayed orange base coat...the muted silver turned out nice! same as the black decals...accenting that doesn't overpower the overall package!
That car started life as a general Lee, you can tell by the original orange paint inside and the molded push bar on the front
Very nice to see you went in a different direction with paint came out really cool wish you would have found an interior with roll bars in your junk box
Fun Fact: Ertl is actually part of the Tomy company. the same one that is apart of Tomy/Takara in Japan.
Very cool love the color great job Keith YEEEEEHAW !!!!!!
Thats one cool cool custom Keith.
I luv listening to your voice its so cool reminds me ofpaul senior on american chopper.
I really enjoy your work and narrative.
I think you just made your customer very happy, nice ride !
That was awesome and the fact that you can put your own spin on things makes it better. I would love to have one of them to add to my General Lee collection. All of mine are still in the box but I would never turn down some thing like that.
I am usually against redline style tires but they worked in good contrast to the bluegray and really helped the car pop. People are gonna hate but just keep doing you and what you love my Man..impressive and glad I subbed to the channel...keepem comin!
Really great color choice!! Love it! Looks super my friend, great work. 👍👍
Looks amazing. I had about 10 of these when I was a kid.
Very cool build, I like that approach!
Great job. Looks good with that color
The inadvertantly tinted windows fit in perfect. Maybe there's an accidental process there to tint others in the future.
This came out awesome, you've come a long way from a couple months a go
You are right that is a cool look. Great job! I was watching a video yesterday where they had a Charger from the show it's self and they were saying how they wanted to use a Chevelle but they cost to much so they went with the Charger.Just FYI! Awsome work!
Being that was our war between the blue and grey, maybe you could do a grey gen.lee & a blue Camaro for gen.grant. keep your videos the way they are, their cool. Thanks for sharing.
Nailed it with the color, works perfect with the decals !
That's sharp, well done. Bravo!
Excellent job mate.
Awesome dude very awesome, I love this badass version of General Lee, very smoking my friend.
Nice job... tough looking General. Looks like General Lee's uniform.
Beautiful build mate
Man that looks badass! Keep up the work
Cool color bro! Makes it look like a Zamac! Great job man!
Love the colour almost better than the original. Nice job!
With the General I would say I am a purist, but this came out really sweet, like a photo negative of the original. That color was perfect for the black decals. Nice job.
Turned out really well
Turned out great.
Another great vid and custom out the shop sir!!!
That turned out awesome !!!!
They say you cant polish a turd...... well you certainly proved them wrong with this one, so unusual its damn cool mate 🤘
Really nice ... Ive done a few different finishes including highly polished and different paint ...
Nice job buddy looks great thanks for sharing buddy keep up the good work 👍👍
Fantastic quailty resto best ever cheers
I like it! Looks like the “Ghost of the General Lee”!
Will’s Wheels that one was white
Funny how you popped up on my feed IDK, but this was neat. Listening to you I’m not sure if your my age but I was 10 in 1979 and I remember these cars I had one, my best friend had one and the cop car and Boss Hogg’s Cadillac and yes these were cheaply made. Definitely not Hot Wheels or Match Box can’t believe how long ago that was many memories.
Very nice job! Your videos are great👍
Car came out Amazing!
Awesome brother! Skills
Awwwwww I like the fuzzy thing 🙂
Turned out great
Keith that turned out sweet!
I always use wire wool after the wire wheel on my fake dremel just before primer
That looks amazing! YEEEEHAAAW!!!
Great job. Enjoyed the video.
Very cool General Lee!!!
Didn’t think I was going to like the color but it turned out badass. 👍👍👍👍
Awesome! I subscribed and will be watching the rest of your videos!
Sweet looking car!
That turned out amazing, a bounce Dayton strip would have caped the design off just right 👉. But all in all what a great job I have been watching your videos for a bit now and I like your videos, as well as the video structure, keep up the great job.
That’s amazing dude love it
Awesome job!
Good job. Good lookin car.
I see some goodies in that box O'pieces parts !
Thanks for the video. Good job
Awesomely surprisingly Awesome.
I like it and I think you do just fine ..a monotone General Lee awesomeness
Looks awesome 👍
Very nice custom.....simple, direct and even though grey is grey, some greys work great for a project. Wonder how it would've looked with a smoked candy look?
About the little hairs flying off of the wire wheel. Dab some super glue around the center of it and it will hold them in better!
Nice job. Very subtle.
I would have gone with "Gun Metal Grey" considering how dark the "REBEL" flag was as well ! You killed it!
cool ,nicely done !!
Looks great. Better than orange that's for sure
