    Healthy eating, regular cardio, total body strength training; start now & commit to sticking to it indefinitely...It is less about "how long" it takes & more about starting it & sticking to it. You can do it!

    To everyone commenting "if I do this x number of time per week, how long until I see results" or other things based off of that... You won't see the results you are hoping for if you do the same workout each time, your muscles will get used to it and get bored with the movements... I suggest mixing it up! And if you are just doing muscle training you should consider adding on some cardio to actually get rid of the leftover fat... its a balnace between cradio, muscle training and eating healthy that will give you good results :)

    LOVE these programs. No driving, no enduring gym hip-hop or being subjected to TV screens with news channels (which I find more painful than the workouts, LOL). Life happens and I neglected myself for too long. Two weeks into a steady routine of 4 days a week and I am already tighter and my butt is already beginning to go back where it belongs, UP! Heading into 55 in early April toned and firm thanks to Fitness Blender. Can't post pics here, but plan to send "before "and "after" to Kelli and Daniel at six weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you for challenging, sustainable and effective programming.

    i LOVE Fitness Blender's five minute butt and thigh work out! These short, intense videos seem to be what works for me when it comes to committing to exercise. Going to try this one after work tonight!

    Yep, that would be a great idea. It's not a bad idea to take 1, maybe 2 days off per week to let your muscles heal.

      I am guilty of cramming those ab exercises in almost everyday. Big mistake. When will I learn? I did an intense hard ab workout yesterday and now trying to do this 5 minute was not as effective because I was sore. Should have rest. Much controversy about how often to do abs but I elect to rest one or two days between.

    At first I was thinking can I seriously have a good workout routine that is 5mins long? And fitness blender you never disappoint! I like the faster pace as well

    For best results do NOT do your abs everyday, rest is just as important, every other day is best, eating right and 7 and a half to 8 hours sleep a night is the way to go.

      When I was in the best shape of my life, I did 500 crunches (different types) per day, 6 days a week. My abs were flat as a board.

      I do core every day and never looked so shredded. You have to mix up exercises and only do them for about 5 min per day. Hit obliques and lower core the most as they are usually underdeveloped. Don’t over do

    Just tried the warm up and this for the first time today. WOW! I can really feel this in my abs. I will switch this routine with the butt lifting workout every day! Love this already!

    Hello in Italy! We actually already have both a plank workout + a triceps workout...but you know I will add them to the list anyway :) Lower abs are a tricky place for body fat to gather...it's less "working" the lower abs & more about building muscle allover your body to help burn off that last bit of stubbornness. Healthy diet, cardio + allover strength training, and we've got great workout videos for both.

    I love Fitness Blender because it's not all about how cute the model can look doing the workout. It's very clear and to the point, so you can get an efficient workout that tells you *what* you're doing in and go. After doing this video (and the other 10 min., 7 min. vids) only *sporadically* for a few weeks, I can feel a two pack coming in ^-^ I never thought I'd ever be a person with a flat stomach, but it's happening thanks to you guys. Thank y'all for all you do! I love Fitness Blender!! :))

    did a 25 min cardio with fitness blender then a butt and thighs with a loop band and this. feel so good. now if i can fit in a shoulders and back workout somewhere i'd be a happy bean!

    It's a matter of body fat percentage. Generally, you have to get to a very low bf % to get a six pack, sometimes unhealthily low. Because of that, it's not necessarily the best of end goals.

    You can workout 5-6 days/week, but muscles (including abs) need rest from intensive strength training. You can do each muscle group 2-4x/week.

    Hello, thanks for the great work. It's been 4 months since I started and using both diet and exercises I have lost 17 kgs. Due to my age (55) and also because I had 5 kids, I am having problems to tonificate my lower abs. I'd like to ask for a series of exercises for that and for the triceps, maybe a series of plank exercises. Thanks a lot. Saluti dall'Italia!

    IM DEAAAAD.
    I mixed this with another 10 minute ab workout with a 6 minute waist workout and a 13 minute arm workout.
    That was my 30 minute upper body workout.
    Yay to tomorrow when I have to mix up more fitness blender, HIIT, and other workouts for lower body :')
