About 15 years ago, we had an older lady who was on a BDSM and kink site. Some photos of her were in there. Another lady who worked with us was on the site and showed a lot of us her photos. What Kenya did was an ethics violation. Once an Ethics violation has been brought to HR, and it is proven the company has to take action.
To be honest, I still don't know what to think of the Kenya situation because we, the viewers, never got to see for ourselves what really happened. I did see the pic, if that's the picture, it is not revenge porn but it is enough to get your ass whoop. This is where Bravo needs to do better about leaks and put a stop to them!
Whether we like Kenya or not, she was a powerhouse for that show and I don't see how it will survive without a strong cast, and Porsha is now the anchor who can't even show her life from what we see. IT IS TRULY AN END OF AN ERA!!!!!

Literally this exact same situation at my job just happened between two coworkers. Coworker A has an onlyfans. Coworker B was sharing pictures to ppl at work from Coworker A’s onlyfans, so coworker A went to HR. Initially HR didn’t do anything, but exactly what you said would happen, happened. It created a hostile work environment, the two coworkers began hating each other and started taking jabs at each other. It eventually escalated into a physical altercation and coworker B was fired. So your example was perfect and explains exactly why Kenya was fired.

Kenya's actions have consequences... But I need everyone's actions to have the same consequences. Bravo is quick to say they don't promote violence, but too many housewives over several franchises kept their jobs after attacking people.

I agree. Kenya is outwardly beautiful but her antics really take away from her appeal, especially as a seasoned business woman. She comes across as threatened by women who have something she wants - youth, more fame, strong relationships, etc. It’s gotten sad to watch her result to such behavior when she really doesn’t have to.

I don't think we can compare our working environment, in corporate America, to reality tv. In corporate America, decorum and professionalism are required for harmony and success. In reality tv, unprofessionlism is what is encouraged, rewarded, and promoted because it brings success. Lastly, it feels like Bravo was looking for a reason to get rid of kenya. Bravo isn't Disney, tlc, or tbn. Just about every show on Bravo has illegal or immoral activities i.e. assault, drugs, money laundering, SA, fraud etc. What kenya, allegedly, did is actually on brand for Bravo. So her firing doesn't make sense. Either she did something way worse than revenge porn or she was already on the outs.

I am interested to see the result of the legal action if Kenya takes it. Also wondering if the line is drawn explicitly at showing the images. On RHOBH, one of the cast members brought up that another member and her daughter both had OF accounts and asked, “So who makes more on OF, you or your daughter?” So although she didn’t show images, she talked about it-that still creates a hostile work environment. Very interesting!

I think the alleged Wendy & Gizelle friendship is bullsh*t. It's an example as to why last season was soo draining because it proved that Gizelle was being difficult for the sake of it, and never had any real reason to have a problem with Wendy (or anyone).

The only difference in this situation is the type of job you do this at.
