Porsha seems like that with all the women in her life. Look how she treated her sister Lauren when Lauren told her she was pregnant. Shemea is supposed to be Porsha's best friend, but didn't attend her wedding due to some medical issues that occurred when flying. But as soon as she and Simon got married, Porsha had no problem flying in those private jets. Not to mention the many cast trips they had on RHOA that required them to fly, which Porsha had no issues with then.

As someone whose mother rejected her, it is possible. You have to DO the work. It has taken my entire life to work through the feelings of rejection, low, low self esteem, unhealthy relationships, self sabotage, etc. However, it IS worth it. At 60 years of age, I’m at peace and am thriving mentally and physically. I still have challenging days, but instead of wallowing in despair, I deal with it, adjust my 👑 and keep it pushing. It is a hard, long journey, but it is worth it. 🙌🏾✨✨✨✨

You know what else I noticed that I thought was weird but let it go? When shamea announced she was coming to the show it was on her birthday. Everyone had posted her congrats expect Porsha. Now she did it the next day but I just thought it was weird she didn’t AND it was her damn bday. So it may be something there but I bet it probably gotta do more with Simon and Shamea husband because aren’t they friends?
I blame production. They did allow the whole sex dungeon drugging allegations to air on the show and that caused a huge problem too. Not far fetched that someone greenlit or encouraged the revenge p@rn drama. Smh. Neither thing should've ever made it past the cutting room floor. Since production cosigned it, they can't come out and formally rebuke Kenya. They'll put her on ice for a while and move her to other franchises just like they did Phaedra.
I really think they didn’t know the sex dungeon thing was going to blow up like it did. And they didn’t think Kandi, who is normally pretty easy going, was going to be not only that mad but also sticking to her guns when it came to that storyline. It was either her or Phaedra. This was really the first time them producers understood that it wasn’t just fun and shade and good tv. This was something that had real legal ramifications and Kandi was shouting that from the rooftops. It cost her a lot and if she had to deal with that on the show she wasn’t gonna play nice. She was going to SUE. So Bravo learned the hard way that season.

Andy has been under investigation and sued 100 times for all kinds of stuff, including SA, as recently as this year. Porsha, phadrea, and many other bravo stars have had sex related misconduct. However, bravo seems to love them. So, to me, this feels more like Bravo is looking for an excuse to get rid of kenya rather than Bravo being sensitive about misconduct.
I think it’s all of the above. Which is why she should have known better. Why give them ammunition? Why WANT to do all that? At your own event?

The real roxstar lawyers I got a question: people are saying that Kenya did not do revenge porn because the images were already out there. I saw someone say that doesn’t matter because the law doesn’t care if the images were already out, the act of exposing pictures with the intent to harm is considered revenge porn and Brittany would have a case. Any anyone elaborate? Not even if what I said above happened, but in general could that be considered revenge porn.
I had a few lawyers weigh in last week and they basically said once the images were made public, even behind a paywall, then legally they can’t be seen as revenge porn.
That's a great question because if it's out there already how is it revenge porn. But I still don't see her doing this though!!!

With Kenya, there are legal complications either with Kenya or Britney that puts them at risk. Plus I think Kenya was already in thin ice with the network for many reasons.

While Simon has FILED these things, the judge has yet to rule on her right to film in the house or the car. Real rockstar lawyer here-I’d be very surprised if the judge rules in his favor as he has no real legal basis to prevent someone from utilizing a GIFT or filming in a home she is allowed to be in per their prenuptial agreement.
Also, neither Kenya or Brittany will be suing Bravo. Kenya would take the Cynthia route and bow out and find other opportunities. She was very vocal about how she thought that NeNe played her cards wrong by trying to sue her huge employer and it got her blackballed. NeNe’s situation set a strong precedent at least for the black girls that as it relates to their grievances with the network, they gotta tuck their tails and move on before trying to come up against such a huge conglomerate.

There is no fairytale if you are marrying Simon and their marriage wasn't quite the fairytale. Porsha's life was set before* she met Simon. She had her baby, her house, her money, her family and the firm understanding that she find someone else or marry Denise if she wanted to. I never took Porsha as a women who needed to be married after she had PJ. What she always wanted was PJ not an invariable man. So for me, the breakup is her actual life (and thus her storyline) and that is what the show was promised. Showing off her life with Simon without any context of the realities, is for social media.

Kenya knows she has Team Twirl behind her. They are strong. And even if she doesn’t have a leg to stand on in this instance, she may very well have some sh*t on Bravo that could further expose them to criticism and hate because she would be now another housewife and/or Bravolebrity who is now saying there are racial, sexual, etc. type problems at the network. Basically she will cloud her part and bring fully to light what Bravo has been all along (let Nene tell it): Racist and sexist bastards. Bravo don’t want that in today’s climate. So they’re treading lightly.

I just want women to notice whenever there is a woman on the side of being egregious Kenya or stopped from doing XYZ Kenya mark / Porsha Simon. Women find a way to say I hate that for her.
