What’s far less well-known, however, is just how good a player he had been before a botched knee operation finished his hopes of a playing career at the age of 20 - and that many of his coaching principles were informed by his personal experiences.

I don't understand why some people call him mini Mourinho. He's nothing like Mourinho (except that they both understand the game well)
Tim Wiese (player) called him that during training while Nagelsmann was the assistant coach at Hoffenheim. I guess the nickname is kinda catchy, so it stuck. I don't think it has anything to do with the style of football he wants to see on the pitch.

Just got the highest transfer fee ever paid for a manager.
Although Nagelsmann has got some main principles independent of his side, he is very flexible as a manager and therefore might have success with nearly every club. It will be interesting to see his future development at RB Leipzig.
I truly appreciate his achievements with both Hoffenheim and lipzeg.

I think he will stay for a long time. Germany appointed him more than a decade before his World Cup win so I think he’s going no where.

I respect your opinion but Simeone at number 2 spot is outrageous. 6th in the league, eliminated from Copa Del Rey in Round of 32. Below average football.
His team outperformed Liverpool, but other than that, Atletico has been terrible and he has to take blame for it.
