How far do you think Nagelsmann can go as a manager? What will be his next move?
Thanks. I think he will be one of the succesful manager during his carrer.
In my opinion his next move will be Bayern, Borussia or Germany National Team.
Can you make analysis about OGS tactics this season
I think he will manage Man Utd, Barcelona, or Bayern next. Maybe even Juventus considering how poor Sarri has been
I think he will eventually replace Guardiola at Man City
i guess it will al depend on how his time at leipzig goes. if he manages to win a trophy i think he will be one to manage the big teams in the future and could very likely become a cl winner one day.
The fact he's younger than Ronaldo is scary
Obukohwo Ogheneakpobo even younger than Messi
Needs to wait and see. Villas-Boas won much more than he did at his age. The key that differentiates a good and a great young manager is that how he can adapt to situations where his philosophy is torn apart, which is something yet occurred to him.
@@ilovehonglong He's passed every single test thrown at him so far
@@BayernNow 1 or 2seasons are not enough lrt him play Cl for 2-3 season with same tactics than will come time to really say that he can be great or not.
BayernNow: except, he hasnât won the league yet. Thatâs what he was brought in for. And with Werner leaving, and maybe others too, that may not happen any time soon or at all.
How I love when young people take things in their hands. Young managers, young players, time for the new generation to take over!!!
That's basically history. Young people have been doing things forever.
Same here, I rather have a core of young prospects on my team than old future Hall of Famers IMO.
This is a special amount of BS
@@colouredIncognito Whatever ya say boomer
He is right now the manager of Bayern Munich. Canât wait to see him becoming the youngest manager in history to win the Champions League and Bundesliga đ
This didnât age well

With his build-up patterns and pressing tactics including traps and triggers, Nagelsmann has made RB Leipzig an even stronger side.
Nagelsmann might even stay at Leipzig for a few seasons and attempt to break Bayern's and Dortmund's dominance in the Bundesliga.
If Nagelsmann stays at Leipzig, I believe they will win the title in 2-3 seasons. What he has done so far was incredible.
With his build-up patterns and pressing traps, Nagelsmann has won a grand total of fuck all. Does he even have an "honours" section in his Wikipedia entry? Contrast that with the unequivocal success of Chris Wilder. He didn't need to get into the good books of ignorant hipsters to win league titles in virtually every division that he's managed in.
@Nicholas Conroy Under Nagelsmann, Leipzig have as much chance of winning the Bundesliga as Union Berlin.
@Nicholas Conroy I'll be here to tell you that "I told you so".
Poets don't win many titles.
@Nicholas Conroy I've won too many of such meaningless debates.
I was proven right when boring France won the World Cup with their low block "anti-football".
I was proven right when Getafe dumped Ajax out of thr Europa League.
I was proven right when Atleti dumped Liverpool out of the Champions League.
If I had been born 60 years ago, I would have confidently told you that boring, defensive Germany would beat Cruyff's Holland in the 1974 World Cup final.
Once again, poets don't win many titles.
So happy that the virus hasnât killed your channel

Being just 32, he is a very good manager. He can be the future best manager. Gr8 analysis as always. And stay safe, don't let corona consume you. Cheers!!!!
watching individual star players work their magic is great but there is nothing more beautiful than watching a perfectly structured team play
very promising manager the flexibility he created in this RB team is incredible, they played with different systems almost with the same perfection , have seen them in a 1343-13412-14231-14222-1442.
The adaptability of this team is amazing... not only are they good indivisually, but as a team their understanding of the game is unbelievable....
His Leipzig is a joy to watch
Finally. đđ
You have no idea how long I've been waiting for you to do this. Thank you. đ
tactically he seems to do a great job, and you can only assume as he gets older his already impressive leadership skills while progress further allowing him and his teams to achieve more and more. If he doesn't burn out under the bright lights of the worlds football media and high expectations, he has a VERY bright future.
His style of play does suit Chelsea but he is heavily linked to Real Madrid and I think it will be great move as he is very good in Squad build up and his quick pass build up will suit Madrid but his usual formation of 3 at the back is worrying but I think for a change Madrid really should sign him because he really can develop the young brigade we have currently and the likes of Ădeegard, Militao, Vinicius, Rodrygo & Jovic will shine under him
Correct
Not a fan of the 3-4-3, but itâs good to see how he works it.
The fact that this side made it to the UCL semi-finals shows what he can achieve.
I kinda hat a feeling this would happen, since with Hoffenheim (a much weaker team) he still was able to hold Man City at bay last season and even give them a challenge, so now it was the question how good is Leipzig really... and it still is hard to tell, but they're pretty strong.
What is beautiful to note is he uses only ONE CB, Upamecano and converted fullbacks Halstenberg LCB and Klostermann RCB who provide signature CB overlapping attacking runs which overloading the flanks along with wingbacks Angelino and Mukiele linking up with the wide forwards to great effects...You should review Sheffield United and their variation to overlapping CBs
There is nothing simple about Nagelsmann's tactics :D
Except, it is... Considering he literally is about principles over situational rules
Who else is here is a chelsea fan seeing what this man is about đđđđ
Do you think heâs a perfect fit?

Great video. You offer insight and information not many other people do. Please do a video on the evolution of Son Heung-Min and the tactics of Sir Bobby Robson soon.
Grateful for this. Keep doing this mate! đźđłâœđȘ. Watched the full ad
Thank you for staying true to your word my friend
Keep it simple đ
Nagelsmann truly can be another world-class German manager in the mould of Hitzfeld, Heynckes and Klopp if he keeps this form up.
Leipzig might not have superstars like Messi, CR7, Lewandowski, De Bruyne or Aguero on paper, but he has turned them into a force to be reckoned with in the Bundesliga, giving the likes of star-studded Bayern and Dortmund a difficult time. Not to mention the team is also performing very well in the UCL - an incredible feat for sure!
A forced to be reckoned with at 3rd - the same exact position that they finished last season under a different manager.
@@fooaloysius7179 3rd but challenging for the title and without a star-studded squad, plus a great performance in the UCL. At least give Nagelsmann some credit.
@@Timliu92 And where are the hipsters who gave Ten Haag the credit last season? When Leipzig get dumped out in the quarter-finals, will you hipsters hold up your hands and admit that you don't have the slightest clue what great management is about?
@@fooaloysius7179 what IS great management about?
@@horyalpr It's about maximising results, independent of the quality of players. For instance, the manager that leads lowly Sheff United to probable Europa League qualification is a greater manager than the one that is losing the league title to Liverpool despite having the most expensive squad in footballing history.
From this channel I learned alot about tactics mentality. Love this channel â€ïž
Could you do one on eddie howe and why Bournemouth's progression has slowed and how it can be solved?

Gasperini analysis
Hey, you do very informative and quality videos. Keep going!
And I have a question: Where are you from (country)?
And do you play football oder be a coach nearby?
His biggest strength is ability to use right versatile players, who are smart enough to understand his ideas, at right places
Welcome to Bayern family...â€ïžđ„đ

Dude Iâd love it if you did analyses on some classic players like Raul, the quinta del buitre and then the more famous matches like those of zizou schooling brazil in the 2006 wc. Theyâd make for entertaining tales.
Yes, please!
A video of the transformation of Getafe would be really cool!!
man this channel is just great
I hope he will be able to make great use of MĂŒller
Can you do a Sheffield United tactical analysis and a Wolverhampton Wanderers (2018/2019 season) analysis.
This guy 's younger than Giroud!!!
Big fan of Nagelsmann, loved the video! Liked!
Always regarded him as one of the best even now. Definitely take him over Poch or Solkjaer
im sorry for selfishness..actually im very appreciate if you upload a video about inter milan tactical under antonio conte and how he transform inter milan and the club philosophy..thanks
He was approached Nagelsmann but he refused because he said their is no room for improvement at Giant Clubs!! He wants to improve and that is so cool of him.
This guy is gonna make Leipzig a force. He is the sort of manager that can make an average player look top class.
Absolutely
He made werner look world class

Why do I have a feeling that Nagelsman and Hansi Flick have similar tactics in the sense that both teams lure players on one side while shifting to the other side real quick while using speedy players
Okay hear me out. Upa is at Bayern already. Haaland comes after the next season to complete a new look and not to mention extremely lethal 3-5-2. BTW Can you please make a video on how Bayern would fair with Nagelsmann
Great video. Can u make Galatasaray's legend Fatih Terim's analysis videos??
Next please talk about Gasperini and his amazing attractively Atalanta
He is best and will become best !
Two video ideas
How can real improve their attack and defense
How will barca play once messi has retired
See how that turned out! Off to Munich for a BIG fee... Love your analysis.

The only problem with his squad is that it's too young. And young squads turn out to be a bit inconsistent. Examples:
Ten Haag's Ajax 2019/20
Lampard's Chelsea 2019/20
Ole's Man United 2019/20
Ah yes Ajax, the team that dominated the league and only lost to far better sides....

I want him at Man U with the current team. I know that he cn build unstoppable Combination nd creative tactically

Image what Nagelsmann would do with a big Club
Nagelsmann will be a legend! my dream is for him to train Arsenal
Already the best manager in the Bundesliga
Who's here after chelsea sacked potter
Top 5 managers in the world for me.
hopefully the next manager of Man United !
First Loew, Then Klopp, Tuchel, Flick, Nagelsmann,...... Maaan Germany sure has a way with managers.
Jurgen Klopp's natural successor.....Love Stevie G but he has to prove himself with a EPL club before he is even considered for the Anfield hotseat...just my opinion.
He makes players better, that's the main point.... Because his analysis and conclusions are good.he is originally Bavarian, but I don't think he will go to bayern next. Bayern is not liked between German trainers very much.
He has a house in Munich and he also is a fan of the club.He always praised Bayern.
Do old games
The new pep đđ
He can be the next Klopp. I mean, when it comes to popularity and results.
I want to see Leipzig vs Liverpool
UCL Feb
Best Manager wins the League, not the Cups. Better Manager wins Champion League

Why Jose is not doing great at Tottenham?
Hello I like your channel
Thanks Suhrob!
Welcome to Barcelona đ

Great manager
I'm surprised Halstenberg and Klostermann both are playing defensive role, but failed to play in German National Team.... Very Strange .....or Joachim Löw is not able to manage ....not sure....
Soon, Manager Julian will be a Manager in the E.P.L.
LEIPZIG being the new AJAX
Nagelsman best coach of the future
I think he will go to England after this and then Spain
As anyone seen the film moneyball ?
Yep, awesome stuff
What is it about??
Itâs about baseball but more about analysis and recruitment itâs being used a several clubs in Europe now ie Brentford and Barnsley
Love Nagelsmann! In my channel I analyzed their games in champions league this season! If you want to understand what happened, give it a try đ
We need him in Dortmund
