We want to see you crushing the material from your new mine , we can’t wait to see the results from the hundreds of bags you collected, great work.
💯 % . I wish he'd stop cutting it, want to see the total from a full crush
I watch this every night when I can’t slept.. the sound is therapeutic……😂
I really like this video, Jason. You have shown this equipment many times before. This time you went into much more detail about the machine adjustments, etc. Furthermore, I never thought about crushing concrete, much less if it contains rebar! I can't believe this doesn't jam the machine and ruin the crushing plates, or seize the motor. I guess I should have known that rebar is no match. Thank you for sharing your outstanding equipment. I'm sending blessings from Alabama ❤️
Hey Jason,
I never tire of seeing one of your crushers at work.
They look as if they have no trouble at all with anything you put into the jaws.
Great machery.
Take Care
I am just commenting to feed the algorithm Jason. Best Wishes to everyone.
That is a really good idea! I used to work in solid waste industry customer service, and people wanting to get rid of their granite/marble/stone counter tops have to either rent an expensive dumpster or self haul. But having it crushed for some light landscaping would've been a great suggestion and really does look good when washed!
Thank you Jason, keep working.
Looks great. Love to see real craftsmanship 🎉
Now I want one!!! Num num num num!!!
That would be handy doing demo for a residential project!! That would be awesome base!
Another smart use for jaw crusher that I didn't even think about
gorgeous looking machines- wishing your business the best!
Its hypnotic to watch
Thanks Jason you guys make some awesome machines keep up the great work six stars brother
Nice machine, I really could use one to help break up larger pieces for the ball mill.😁
Like that crusher alot
I am a small residential concrete contractor and I need one of these!
Dude me too . Where u at let's go halves lol
Jason needs to make a self propelled version, it was be easy on these small units to put a skid steer quick attach plate as well, pick em up and place where needed.
Rather see it crushing Ore, but interesting display of operation Jason, thank you for the share.⛏⚒⛏
Good morning from Southeast South Dakota
Awesome Product!
That crusher works great. Get some vids crushing the bags of gold ore from the mine. Cant wait. Thats what i want to see.
I live about an hour from Bham and have views of Mt Baker when it's clear enough.
When I see that big mountain, I always say to myself;
"My name is Jason with Mt Baker Mining and Metals."
Great video. We always learn something new. Real appreciation s r better than fake productions.
I'm gonna start a Facebook page, just like George RR Martin has for his GRRM Labor Encouragement Board, as that sucker never finishes his works in a timely manner. Will call it the Jason MBMM Ore Crushing Encouragement Board, as he ain't never gonna crush/process any of his Helicopter trip and Mine ore for us! It's time for some Shiney!!!! Ok, I won't make the group, but I'm sure someone will be tempted before too long...
Thanks for sharing all your stuff, keep it up, I enjoy it all.
Hey Jason, You just like making gravel and lots of dust!! :) Tell your viewers that these crushers also work great on agates, jaspers, petrified woods, and other lapidary rocks for tumbling! Great video! Thumbs up! Stay safe. Jim
The throughput on those is very good.
Cool man 🧲⚓️👍
awsome
Cool video
Beautiful aggregate
awesome!
First 👍's up mbmllc thank you for sharing 😅
I want to buy one for sure in the future.
The lost river of Gold walls and roof are of cemented river gravels with bed rock between old timers ❤
I could see equipment rental places as great places to market this. Get yourself a good B2B salesman and go to town!
Nice
Great video Jason!
I have a lot of volcanic basaltic lava on my property. It’s heavy and has holes from the volcanic gases. Would your jaw crusher break this type of rock?
Have really enjoyed all your videos from your equipment, your mine and your exploits with Dan Hurd and Mime operator. Oh, and your logging/wood videos too. Keep up the great work.
Central WA here, we too have a ton of basalt on the property. Would be cool to rent one for a weekend, or so.
@DieselCreek needs one of these
Interesting but like others waiting for videos of your mine ore
Great stuff. How often do the plates need to be replaced?
Your buddy's need one for there plant
can you get solar powered? or is it too energy hungry for that. very good to recycle stuff.
Never a time I wanted to reuse concrete lol
I appreciate the videos Jason. thank you very much.
I do not understand with the rush to 'save the planet' why it is not mandatory to reuse all the asphalt and concrete that is torn up, capturing the re-bar and reusing it also.
You should be pushing this video to the rental companies for the guys to do Spring cleanup and Summer road construction. Awesome product, but most would only want it for one weekend a year.
Yo, Jason! 🤙
Big flywheels are so much less terrifying, when shrouded from view. 😅
You gave me a great business idea. If I buy one, and I want to pick it up, do you give a run through on maintaining the product?
heheh, just curious.... if you have a granite or quartz countertop, can you find gold in them?
Unfortunately , not likely , since highly mineralized and altered rock that would be most likely to contain gold , is almost never fit for making large durable countertops .
To soft and way to fractured , not to mention quite reactive and will stain most everything around it with rust .
However , white granites tend to have a much higher concentration of uranium than other rocks , and , will usually emit a higher level of radiation , than other rocks .
A fat way to get banned from Lowes is bring in a counter or detector and demonstrate this with their samples , lmao .
Do you have one that can go on the PTO of a tractor?
The crushed concrete sure looks better than the broken larger blocks, if you have some junk concrete on your property.
Jason, curious how this would hold up and if it would work on asphalt shingles?
Do you make one for asphalt?
And in this corner ......
THE CRUSHER
Love to see concrete crush...the munching song lol
Hey Jason have you ever tried to see if there’s gold in that crushed concrete 🤷♂️
Would it crush field stone?
How many tons per hour do they process? It would be sweet to get a Pto powered one
have you check for gold in cement, i saw a video of guys using sand from lowes etc panning out gold
I've been thinking about your trip to Africa where they used mercury... two items, not to sound preachy but what no toilet bowl cleaner to wash the area down or vinegar or nitric acid to break the amalgam bond?? you're wasting lead by not cooling down to 800F? ( just above the melt point) then use Parks process to get the sweetness out. Love your work very educational!
Is there a PTO driven version?
Could you send me a 2024 price list for your jaw crusher, hammer mills and elevators? Thank you
I love your videos, full of information
Brother, what if welding a plate at the end (or little longer beam construction, or puting whole on some larger beam consctruct) so small rocks fall more in middle of bucket instead of on concrete ...
Are those babbit, or roller bearings?
How about a video on how your jaw crushers are manufactured?
hey hey! can i ask you a question? what are the dimensions of the eccentric camshaft? thanks!
curious how many tins, long or short tons, of material can be fed through your machines on average before the plates need to be replaced? there's a small niche in my area people always looking for somewhere to dump concrete and the prices of gravel fill and base have jumped way too high...maybe can offer some dump site space for crushable concrete and other aggregate and make the money back by selling and delivering the crushed base and fill material? I'd probably be looking at a larger machine than this one shown in the future but as much material that you processed in this small time seems like it'll atleast pay for itself in 6 months or so when offering a better market rate for material than current market rate in my area? can't really start with the biggest baddest machine because I need other equipment to start up as well lol
Hows it do with asphalt ?
What is one of the set ups go for?
need a monster one that you can back a dump truck up to really be useful in recycling
What do you charge if i brought a ton of ore to you to crush and shaker deck? We have a small operation we need to try and expand to a full size operation
I prefer crushed concrete over any other type of fill. Over a short time like after it rains it will pack hard enough to drive on yet will let water soak in. Also if you want to move it a shovel will sink in lot easier then if it was dirt. I have about a foot of it in my driveway where it sits on clay ground.
Huddling next to a warm fire !
If I was to buy one of these, where would I recruit the work from?
Can recycled concrete be crushed fine enough to be reused in concrete?
Can the dies be replaced if they wear out? Thanks
You can't use it because of shape and roughness. You need a certain size and kind of gravel.
Jason, you have to paint up a jaw crusher that looks like Dan Hurd's face with the words"nom, nom, nom" 😂🤣😅
😊
Ive told my bosses at the stoneyard that they need to get one of these so they dont have to pay to have the fabrication waste hauled off, and can resell the crush, but nobody listens. Theyd rather waste money for all eternity.
Any where I can rent one of these for a weekend?
Precio ?
My wife and I need a unit like this and I would like to know more about pricing. We are located in Reno, Nevada on a rock top mountain. I need to make as much gravel and base for footings. Remote location and needs to be able to be towed with a RAM 2500 4x4 CC
Where are the jaw crushers manufactured?
Does it have a silent mode? J/K, that machine looks scary.
All very cool stuff, but if made for European or British Market it would need to feature emergency stop/cut-out switch, much like our wood chippers. Wouldn't it be a good idea anyway?
Is it tungsten? What if it's tungsten ore?
I need to find someone that rents these. I’ve got a ton of old concrete from my old deck pilings
Jason, what steel do you make the jaws out of?
He said, cast manganese steel.

@@TwoFingeredMamma Thank you guys.
The biggest question is there any gold in that concrete ? LoL 😂
I’ve been pouring concrete for 26 years… when I got into prospecting a couple years ago I wondered the same thing so after a pour I emptied what was left into a wheelbarrow and rinsed the heck out of it till the gray color was gone then panned it out and yes I found gold so the answer is if your in a gold bearing area the odds are pretty good there’s gold in it especially if the concrete company is getting buys gravel from a river bed
what about rebar?
for your next video i would run that concrete though your gold recovery do you know how much gold is in our streets. I was just watching a gold rush show and they were on a property that was owned by ppl that where using the land to sell the rocks on it for concrete do you know how much of that lands gold just ended up in the streets.
How will I get this in India
👍
Can you make it Pto drive and 3point tractor attachment hitch
You could, but the jaw crusher shaft would need to aline with the PTO. The crusher rotates at 400 RPM max. The tractor would have to sit 90 degrees to the fly wheels. I have also seen a PTO coming out the side of a tractor. Belt drive to a belt pulley on the crusher. Video is on CZcams under jaw crushers, somewhere.
Hallo Mr Jason, saya dari Indonesia bisakah meminta untuk di buatkan Vidio pengolahan pasir Zircok dengan sistem assay..
The algo sent me here and I'm glad it did🗿
Crushed concrete makes the best driveways.
Any gold in that concrete?
😎
While rebar and mesh will go through, it's almost impossible to extract it all afterward. If you put it on your driveway your tires will extract pieces of it for years to come. Ask me how I know.
Magnet
@@kendrawilliams1348 Magnets only work if all the steel comes out clean. It doesn’t. Most of it stays halfway embedded in concrete chunks.
Needs googly eyes on swing jaw bolt heads! Nom, Nom, Nom, Nom
Come on man when are you gonna show the footage of you processing the gold or from the Sarah gordo
