Set Rest by dragging for the doctors every two operations. This allows you to load the rest of the patients waiting to get operated with the doctors not getting exhausted 😴

You reassigned one of your engineers from working on the warehouse when you upgraded the canteen and it looks like you didn't reassign him to it afterwards so it never got built
Do you consider letting your doctor rest? Like, that not physical labour just because they physically can do it, don't mean they can do it right. Also, send more nurses to the doctors, working without assistance is exhausting and usually with worse result.

Also, the reason why your patient die because you let them to rot in there without help ( 4:34 to 5:00 ). Just because they look fine don't make them fine.
Besides, being fine in this situation mean they aren't going to die within the next 24 hours, not that their injured are not life threatening.

you must pay attention on hiring more staffs since you lack manpower. the shift system is useless if you only have 1 staff in each wards
You got two doctor, should rotate the operation "shift". Having simultaneously operation sounds not efficient..
Special operations means amputation and de soldier can’t be sent back to combat
I like how you decide who goes back to the front lines. But I would probably do the complete opposite. 😂 I would send those who already have children back to fight while the young and childless go back home to go make some children. 😂
