You should pay a little more attention to the patients and your staff, you've had the storage upgrade just waiting to be done for the entire last episode and this one, the VIP that you saw that costed 12 supplies, also said that if you treated him, you'd get a free engineer.
You forgot that you have a warehouse upgrade going already. You took off the engineer working on it.

i wonder why theres an australian flag by the scout tent. I thought this was set in england, and wasnt the main battle australia was in Gallipoli, in modern day Turkey?

yeah, but do they really put a whole flag up for one persons nationality? was that a thing in ww1? I dont have a problem with it, as an aussie myself i love seeing our flag in unexpected places, but i just wonder why.@@elias4419
