Something thats really bothering me and will help you a lot: on the screen where you choose which doctors will each patient go to, you can drag the "set rest" thing inbetwen the patients so that after they finish treating a certain one, they will rest and then continue to do their job. This way you can also easily see when they will get tired and if needed make some changes to quickly take care of a recent vip
Also if you see people are about to colapse, let them rest instead of working until they collapse. If they collapse they take much longer to start working again
VIPs have chance to work for you as a personnel so you save on personnel permits, so instead of letting them it actually worth help them.
Great series so far, but beyond the managing, there is micromanaging, like playing attention to workers preferences that impact areas, using the set rest slider for the doctors as to when to take a rest to prevent exhaustion and further tiring.
Yes, there's going to be a dedicated episode just for worker management!

You need to deny patient in the CCS. When passing away not sorted they cost more morale.

If you put patients who you know that will die in DENIED you lose 50% less morale :)

There were 2 vips with a note that said that he needed to cure both.
He forgot to cure them, both went critical and one died so the other did the thing

I don’t know. For my taste this is getting too close to reality to be enjoyable. On the bright side at least they didn’t implement dirty warfare with airstrikes against hospitals and other civilian targets. I really don’t want to spend my time with such dark things and thoughts
