20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest. Perform each exercise 2x.

The workout is as follows:
Step Jumps w/ burpee
Running up/downs
Split Squat leg hops (L)
Split Squat Leg hops (R)
Basic step jumps with low stance
Slow and controlled one leg step jumps (L)
Slow and controlled one leg step jumps (R)
Lateral hops (Stand sideways and jump) (L)
Lateral hops (Stand sideways and jump) (R)
Lateral twist hop
Speed Lateral Shuffle
Toe touches using step
Decline Push up
Mountain Climbers
One leg Rocket Jumps (L)
One Leg Rocket Jumps (R)

I'm on my 5th consecutive day doing these exercises I know exactly what you say and when you said it. I love that we always active 20 minutes straight ,I be screaming "ooh its burning ,we working today we working out today.

@Puzzlefit I have a question: what should u eat before a tabata workout because I feel nauseous halfway through my workouts.
Puzzle Fit I will try that. No I have done this workout in the evenings. I will switch to mornings because that could be the issue. Also I will do the oatmeal instead. Thank you!

I feel nauseous when I drink too much either before o during a workout. Instead I have found that just a sip now and then it's much better

I like your workouts but what if you did some low impact HIIT workouts and made time for a minute cool down. That would be helpful ☺ this was too much for beginners well for me as a beginner. Sorry
