Hey guy! How y'all doin? Hoping everyone is doing great. This video was taken this contract 2022. This is the hardest contract for me in terms of work. I haven't shot a lot of videos because most of the time we are just sooooooo busy. It is impossible for us to do extra side job like shooting a video during the operation. Our operation is non-stop and we lack manning so thats why it is very impossible to shoot. This video was taken during our "not so busy time". So I hope you watch this video till the end, and I hope y'all enjoy watching. Peace everyone!
This line of work is definitely not for everyone. I started working as a line cook for my local country club when I was 18 just 3 days after I graduated HS. It was my first ever job and I did lots of mistakes during the first weeks. But as time went on I kept improving. Other line cooks also joined but quit after 2 weeks because they couldn’t handle the work load. Another reason why many quit was because the same summer I began to work there the kitchen’s A/C broke down and the kitchen became a literal inferno. It was so hot that we would go outside of the kitchen to get fresh air in the 100°F Texas heat (37.78°C) since at least there was a breeze and a tree to give up shade. I remember coming home every day drenched in sweat, so I immediately took a shower and went straight to bed.
I would work both morning (7am-3:30pm) or afternoon shifts (3:30pm-10pm but we usually clocked out at around 11:00pm) and still went to collage to do my culinary arts classes.
So my week was, on Tuesdays I would enter my morning shift at 7:00am get out at 3:30pm and then go straight to collage for my culinary arts classes that began at 5pm and I would get out at 10pm. The next day I had another collage class at 8am and ended at 12pm. Then I began my afternoon shift from 3:30pm and got out at 10pm but sometimes if a banquet happened on that day we would get out at 1am or 2am. After Tuesdays and Wednesdays I had morning shift Thursday and Sunday and afternoon shift Friday and Saturday with only had one day off which was Monday when the country club was closed for cleaning by other staff.
Wow!! I'm exhausted just reading about your busy schedule! I tip my hat off to you

@B4batao hi sir! It depends on which ship you applied for sir. I guess normal rate is 900 and above for first timers. The one i invested to go onboard for my first contract was not much, but i guarantee you whatever you spend will be returned double when u receive your salary. Thanks for the inquiry.

Whats your position at this video?
Hi rebecacastro6005! I am an assistant cook..
I have a job offer from Marella Cruises, a cook for $1,000. Is it just me, or is it too little? I have 12 years of work experience, just finished a contract as chef de partie in a five-star hotel....
Yes it's very low
You can apply for higher position like CDP than can give appz 1800$+
Which cruise give 1800+for CDP?
Yess agree.. but the thing woth cruise ships, whatever ur position lsndbase is or from other cruise line, its either u maintain ur position or u go lower that u applied for.. thats whats mostly happening here @user-xb9hy5do8m
@jayprakashpodder228
I think u can earn more of that landbase than onboard with this kind of position..
Hi
