The one good thing about T-Mobile is that we use it when we go camping 😂
I wasn't a fan of the speeds I was getting so I cancelled. But my buddy keeps it so he can take it in his van when we go out. Also offsets the Xfinity data cap.
Good video, very informative. Thank you!

As a trucker i tester Verizon & T-Mobile all over the north east regions of the U.S. T-Mobile wins where it lacks is the modem internal antenna, if your willing to invest in a 3rd party modem or add an external antenna you will not be disappointed. Where verizon wins is when your on their mmwave which is supper limited or else youll find you only get small burst of speeds and mostly floating low. Ive tested each on the business tier and t-mobile business tier allows for 3rd party devices where as verzion doesnt and lack of proper customer service is a constant strain

Notice that Regular Verizon Home Plan says its 1080p”capable” which actually says “typically 720p to 1080p”. So meaning only if a cold day in hell. Its strange that all these ”experts never pick up the fine print (if you happen to come across it randomly) of all the phrases that companies use to misdirect you.

All you’re saying is not correct. If you’re close to a T-Mobile power tower you have no problem if you’re close to Verizon tower you have no problem. My speed with T-Mobile is around 500 MB per second download around 97 upload.

    • @prodbykaioken

not so much, verizon does some funny business i had them both at the same time. verizon is throttling, heres my proof. I tried straight talk who is owned by verizon and runs on their network at the same time i had verizon box while the straight talk is capped at 100 mbps it actually peaked 230 mbps at start of test and settled at 100 mbps while verizon bussiness tier 200 mbps was getting only 60 mbps. WHY!? if they both run on the same network, the only answer is throttling on verizon network because i was in zone of 5g & 4g reception.

People fudge on addresses also. You need to update your vid or take it down. If you travel with T-Mobile Home internet, you bandwidth is deprioritized beneath those that have reached their cap (now thats its no longer unlimited).

You say that because Verizon is your sponsor. I have had nothing but great service with TMobile, up to 450 Mbps and Verizon home internet is not even offered here in central Va. I do have Verizon land line telephone and their ADSL modem does provide a phenomenal 2 Mbps.

@@delandostayreal288 Sounds good. I actually tried Verizon recently as it’s in my area now but it wasn’t as good as the T-Mobile for some reason so for now sticking with T-Mobile. Verizon caps theirs at my location to 300mbps so that kind of sucks. T-Mobile I’m getting 500 regularly. If Verizon ups theirs to 1gb then I might try it again. Speeds are all dependent on your particular area. Just because you are in an area with 5G ultra capacity, doesn’t mean that everyone is going to experience those speeds. As a matter of a fact, most people are not. MOST people are in a standard 5G area. You are one of the lucky ones.

If not a content creator uploading video, downloading 'movies' or an ardent computer game enthusiast power users I don't see the point of cell tower 5G internet, newest protocol or not.
I have 100 MBPS $19.99 Spectrum service that supports ROKU streaming video on WiFi, two computers on WiFi, and home HD security cameras on WiFi. I use CZcams video, email, social media, internet shopping, and zoom.
    How much data is that?
If I went to cellphone data service, I would likely be 35GB and throttled to LTE.
If I want more data and not throttled to LTE, I would have to pay just like the power users. If more rural, and outdoor antenna can be required.
