AT&T prepaid $65 plan goes down to $55 unlimited data, get a phone for $200 or less and you'll be just fine. Get a Samsung Android phone and it will work fine.

Bait and Switch. After 8-9 rears of good service, I recently went through a similar situation, but with a T-Mobile affiliate.. out of INDIA! Needless to say, I no longer have service with them. Maybe this is how "they" get back at those of us looking for more "budget friendly" services?

when i first try t mobile went 2 boxes cancel can kept rebooting every 10-15 mins cancel it had cable here no problem all sudden having problem going and out had cable come out look place took coax plug found problem since i live apt he not allow to make new coax outlete when it apt it complete shut it off he tell call someone come out like rewire soon as come was like 30 days i just do that no internet for 30 days went t mobile have some internet till cable come out then t mobile box this didnt reboot at all so instead cable company fix problem cancel kept t mobile been almost 2 years now my speed amazing low 200 highhest i seen is 450 upload is 8 -12

As someone who works from home 100% of the time, T-mobile home internet is not reliable and it won't work with certain VPNs like Always-On VPN, the latency/ping was super high at times.. the tech support for 5G home internet in Philippines is a joke, they would just do the basic troubleshooting and tell me that T-mobile is upgrading the towers in the area/maintenance as an excuse every single time and it was affecting my productivity big time. I have had both Nokia / Arcadyan gateways (2021 until dec2022), will never sign up again lol.. I am back to Spectrum Cable Internet... will switch to Frontier once it becomes available in my area.

After watching this video, I did a little more research on the matter…This does seem to be a pretty common glitch (people randomly getting their accounts terminated for no reason)…Especially if you have an Apple Watch added to your account. I don’t have data on my Apple Watch so hopefully that doesn’t happen to me…I just got Visible a few days ago. 🙄🙄 Unfortunately, farming customer service out overseas is very common now with phone carriers and even banks….I actually left my “mega bank” (that I was with for years) and joined a credit union cause the customer service got so bad after they started farming it out overseas.

T mobile is good .. Xfinity used be really slow for us but T-Mobile is really good .

This is why i stay with Tmobile. i have been with Tmobile for 2 years now. You can call, chat or just go to the store. i pay 89 dollars for 2 lines. they still have a call center in Chatanooga.

Visible is garbage. They use tracfone service but say it’s Verizon.

I have been on Tmobile for 2 years now. The service has been pretty good in my area of NJ. I would go to Visible but the fact they only have chat support and they only accept apple watch is a dealbreaker for me

Happend to me and It would not let me log in to pay my account. the same day it was due. my original payment card was compromised and I needed to add a new card. I finally went to chat she tried to help me only the system kicked me off and I could not log back in they kept sending me email s to rejoin. after they cut me out because I could not add my card I had to go to a new service and I lost my number of 5 years

I think you should revisit this comparison with identical phones reason being is that I did a speed test comparison with my son. I have iPhone 13 pro max on verizon and my son is on Spectrum Mobile with the 15 pro max and his speed test came up with about 120mbps faster than mine. I was suspecting that the iPhone 15 pro max having a higher processor that it was the reason for the higher speed I could be wrong of course. My daughter has the iPhone 14 pro max on Spectrum Mobile and has a higher speed than mine but lower than my son iPhone

The hotspot promotion right now is 10mbps download unlimited, which is.. It's slower than us mobile, but honestly for it being unlimited it's pretty great. But honestly you can just hook up your phone to your laptop through tethering, and broadcast using your phones data. So unlimited, unthrottled verizon ultraband at 200mbps. If you really wanted to, you can plug it into your homes router and leave your laptop on never sleep and have unlimited data highspeed internet. Or even take it on the go, i'm in college for my and i'm frequently just sitting in my car waiting for a delivery. So i study alot in my car. Works perfect.

I had TMO home internet for a while. Sometimes, it worked well. At other times, not so much. I started getting cut off around the middle of the month. I called TMO and was told that there was a 100GB limit, and I had exceeded it. I opted to pay $80 a month for 150GB. I was still getting cut off before month's end. I returned the unit and stopped service. A little later, I opted to move my phone to Mint because of price. All I had left for internet was a slow DSL service, and with all we had using it, things became almost impossible. I went to a TMO store, and tried to get the internet back, but because it had not been 90 days, I couldn't. I managed to get on TMO business service, but I haven't used it yet. I have heard a lot of bad things about TMO business service.

Tmobile sucks , took 6 months to get a return label emailed to me, after shipping it back they continue to charge you for service and late fees after you don't have it any longer . We switched to Starlink its well worth it and way faster

the kvd gives me from 20-60 mbs and 10mbs upload speed which is reallly bad and sometimes my wifi is really slow i tried moving it to another place and changing the way it’s facing

I had 3 phones on Visible had to have three bills couldn't combine them. Never have I had such bad customer service. I finally used forget it and went to Mint ,they are a 100% better would never go back even if they paid me

T-mobile home internet is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Have to reboot gateway multiple times per day sometimes. Up to 1 second latencies (that's right, 1 second!!!). Typical speed when it does work 10-20. Customer service horrible. latest experience when called the 1st CSR did not even have explanation when they would return to service. Super said maybe Thursday (call was on Monday). Don't want to compensate for anything in a meaningful manner. Don't want to give hotspot backups through their cell service. They pretty much say you cell customers are priority and you are not and if you don't like it, here is the door. They try to "educate" about their service when start comparing to wired service.... One Saturday called for tech support, wait was up to an hour. And again, when you do get a rep, all they do, they at most tell you to reboot. And then say , "see it works now". And when you tell them to escalate to engineering, they don't get back to you with result. This is not a one time experience. Problems going on for months. The only reason with them - have $25 fixed price and still not worth it at this price.

Verizon, what a bunch or crooks, never ever get Verizon. They are the worst of the worst for customer service, straight out of India. Slow speeds 20 to 60 mbs internet speeds and there salesman lie and will tell you anything to get you to signup. I was promised $30 dollars a line for 4 lines and $30 dollars for the internet for a total monthly bill of $170 a month. My first bill was $255 and came after only 10 days, my second bill was $272 20 days later, my third bill was $292 and my forth bill was $304. After several calls fighting through the Verizon assistant to get to a real person in India, I was told Verizon never honors what their sales people say. I canceled Verizon and was then charged $569 in equipment fee's even though I returned their equipment. I switched to T-Mobile, they are not perfect but they have excellent customer service and they are honest and clear about their pricing. Never get VERIZON!!!!!
