I'm "over 50 years" old. I had a lot of stiffness and discomfort in my legs when getting up out of bed in the morning. I started doing this video (along with several other of your videos - love your enthusiasm). I have been doing it every night for a month. Now I get up in the morning with not problem at all. I feel like my balance is better too. I love it!

I just came home from an 18 km hike and my legs were dying.... then I went on youtube and saw this and was like OMG I LOVE ED SHEERAN, but I honestly don't think my legs can handle anymore today. Well I just pressed play to see how it looked and when the song started I automatically got up and did it. OUCH MY LEGS ARE DEAD

okay so I'm always baffled by how well Cassey's videos work. I've started doing these once a day before bed, it's been about a week and my legs already have noticeably better shape and less cellulite. Keep in mind I've changed literally nothing else, diet is still the same and I'm only doing this video once a day. I can't even imagine how good the results would be if i did it more often or changed what i ate. Incredible! Thank you, as always 🥺 for teaching me to appreciate how good a workout can feel

I use this video as a warmup for every workout session that I do! I am over 50 and love grouping together 4 or 5 of your videos that focus on whatever areas of the body I'm feeling like working that day. Makes for a great workout for this busy mom!

Noor Eisa It wil be difficult at first but I completely ditched dairy last year october and have 0 regrets. Maybe do it in phases, like start with milk and then quit cheese for example. Cheese will be the hardest to let go, since it literally is addicting. Good luck! :D

A week into doing this and i feel so much better in my body honestly. i did this challenge everyday, a year ago, and i lost so much weight. i was literally so skinny, but that was also because of my awful eating disorder that i developed while hating the way i looked in the mirror. i have healed from then and i am now only looking to lose weight healthily and properly, and not the way in which i will end up incredibly poorly again:)thankyou Cassey💗

FINALLY
One second I was like I am gonna give up, then Cassey changed back into normal squads. It was a gift from heaven, until the pulses came back. But I made it through the whole video! I hope one day that would also be the case for arm and ab workouts!

Cassey I just wanna say thank you for motivating me to keep myself healthy even if you don't know me. I started following you after the call me maybe challenge 5 years years ago and stopped because I found it difficult to exercise when you have no choice but to eat whatever is on the table, and I know that having a healthy diet is the most important thing to do, but I really don't have a choice. I try to exercise daily and control what I eat and I hope I'm doing well. I started following your exercises again last June 2017 and had to stop again because of school and the fact that I don't have a space at home to workout :( I hope that 2018 will be the year that my family decides to buy more vegetables instead of just meat lololol. I hope you continue to make more videos and inspire others!!! 👏👏👏👏
