It's a shame that the Gravelord covenant was so broken upon release. If it worked the way they wanted it to work in the first place (i.e. just actually working), you'd probably see these BP enemies everywhere in NG+. As it is, and as it was, the chances of getting gravelorded are still sadly low unless you A) use PC mods or B) go into an area where there's an organized Gravelord event made by users.
