- The Arch 2 is a well-made, roomy, protective tunnel tent designed for trekking and backpacking. A variable door combined with rain-protected vents makes it ideal for our typically humid, wet UK conditions.

Thank you for this demonstration! Very helpful.
Nice tent, but you did forget the one vital thing that backpackers need and that was weight. How much does it weigh?
That's very true. 2.3kg. Harry
At 6'3 this tent looks like its at the edge of what is possible. what other tents can you suggest for 6'3? (with a similar or lower weight)
Looks fine to me. It has 7' 3" internal length.

Vango Tempest Pro a better option I think, and a tad cheaper if you look around.
Vango tents can often be found at discounted prices, probably due to their wide distribution. We think the Robens pips the Vango on quality and they’re a little more exclusive. Thanks for watching.
@@trekitt Is Robens Arch 4-season tent?
I've a pile of DofE tents - the Vango Tempest weighs just short of 3kg, the Vango Scafell is 2.5kg for more space, I've just had a Robens Arch 2 arrive and it's 2.3kg and despite being a Vango fan, I would say the Robens is marginally better designed and made. It's also £74 at the moment if you look carefully...
@@jimbryan2271 I think you'll find that the tunnel tent is a standard design across many manufacturers and that Robens hasn't "ripped off" anyone with their design.
You would wouldn’t you. Vango ‘pips’ it after being in both.
