    Awesome video! I’m in the process of looking for a Broker! I’m leaning towards EXP w reservations which were highlighted in this video. Is EXP the right fit for a new agent? EXP seems to be a no brainer for Brokers or agents with established teams. The messaging is new agents are a means to an end until or unless they ‘build a team’ and aspire to be a broker. One thing I hit rewind on was the comment about if you aren’t a broker you shouldn’t be watching this video and I clutched my pearls! Lol This video is pretty straight forward. My short term goals in real estate is the learn the business of real estate, master a formula which sets me up for success as an agent, create opportunities for mentoring and soar within this industry. Soar for me is not becoming a Broker at least for the next 5 years. I’m halfway to retiring from local government. I’ve held several leadership roles so I’m not opposed to the resounding concept of EXP for brokers. Just not right now. It’s a no brainer from that perspective! I’ll keep scrolling for videos on the benefits for new agents to join EXP because it seems like the brick and mortar concept is best suited for new agents with my interests. Great vid though!

      funny, that in my little eXp group, EVERYONE (52 and counting!!) has been an individual agent and the brokers and mega teams are the ones that have been harder to show the super value to.
      Can't wait to add that to our already awesome value proposition. Thanks Jay !!

    This is the MLM of real estate agents. Also, if you want to switch companies for any reason you would lose all your vested interest?

    Brilliant.... combining pyramid scheme, with a multi-level marketing scheme, and affinity stock puffing scheme. Its great.... what does your broker have to lose? No worse than the rest of them I suppose.
