so I am a brand new agent... and I am being informed that I must learn this platform!!! its a bit overwhelming, but interesting, I think! Great tips from Kyle. I can't wait to add these changes to my KVCore [eXp in Vegas]. Until today I thought the $25/mo. for a smart number was not worth it; I may change that opinion after this video!
Glad to hear it. Yes, it’s kind of a bummer we have to spend anything but I get it and it’s still a major value add to be able to unlock the full marketing potential of kvCORE.
You can't use your regular business#
Great show! I've been in RE for about a year now and haven't completed in any transactions. In terms of the "my business" page that shows the progression on prospect---> lead--->client---under contract--->closed, is there a certain ration you should expect from prospect to closed or client to closed? I've done fairly well at getting showings and listing appointments, but that's where I'm getting stuck. About 1/20 prospects turn into a client.
Depends on the source of the lead. Your sphere should result in more clients than say a Facebook lead. I try and shoot for 1 deal from every 6 sphere leads in my database per year. But these have to be people you are close with, possibly done business with in the past, and you have to market yourself to them throughout the year (ie 33 touch).

Thank you, I learned a lot from this video. Now, I just have to learn to set up my KVCore and linked to my website. Finish the basics real quick so I can link my website. Since I dropped, Top Producer, my site has been under construction.
It’s a worthwhile endeavor going from Top Producer to kvCORE. Even if it means having your website down for a couple weeks. You’ll love the new platform much more!

Great Video Kyle! My only question is about the smart number. I believe that it is shared by the OFFICE you are a part of, not the whole MLS. Also, leads generated on your site become your lead in KvCore and then are associated with you. So if they call the number it still goes to you. I bought my own to simply my life and it is a great boost cause then you can use it on signs and cards!
Yes. I highly recommend you get your own smart number. Otherwise, if another agent in your local market also has that lead, if they call/message that number back the communication may go to them instead of you.

1% listener. Great content. very thorough. I'm looking at exp. Tough to find review videos not focused on recruiting. Pondering if agents from other brokerages "avoid" exp agents (the way people used to avoid Amway peopel). I'm new to selling real estate, and plan to start part time, and eXP matches my schedule well; but I'm worried about how other agents "play" with agents from exp.
I haven’t noticed any different response from non-eXp agents when working on transactions since joining over 3 years ago. I still have many friends with other brokerages and have kept the relationships the same as before. I think this more depends on the agents personality than the company as a whole.
I am genuinely confused as to the dislike or "avoidance" of EXP.. The company gives stock, has multiple ways to make income. Mind is blown people are hesitant of it.
I switched from RE/MAX and no one has treated me any differently. It is your reputation and professionalism that count. If you do "recruiting" you are doing your Realtor friends a favor but there is a right way and a wrong way to attract good Agents. Lots of great info on Brent Gove's CZcams channel. Welcome to eXp!
