Don’t sweat it. I’m 6 months into being an agent and only have two referral deals done so far. Rome wasn’t built overnight!
I love this. I use it to set appts for realtors. It works I've been able to schedule 2 to 4 per week with this script for realtors. I just change it a little bc I am not a realtor. I'm actually a loan officer.

Thanks Sudip. I don’t have the exact numbers but if I was to put a number on it I’d say around 1 out of 8 or 9 homes I meet with the owner on I list within a 2 month window. Then around another 1 out of 20 within a 5 month window with good follow up.

Kyle, this was great information! I’ve watched this as well as your prospecting video about 3 times a piece! However, I have a question. I made my first call to a FSBO in my area and they texted back apologizing for missing the call and asking if I was interested in purchasing? Would you just proceed with the script via text or just ask that she give a call when available?

What about new agent who hasn't had any closed transactions yet? what kind of resume they can offer to the potential fsbo client?
Add value to them. Give them free info. Be personable and kind. Work hard and follow up. even with no prior closings, these traits will make an impact on FSBO seller and could get you the business.

I called a Fsbo and she was very nice. I met her at the property and spent about an hour going thru the property. She still stated she would do it on her own and did 1 week later. What could I have done differently?
It sounds like you had a positive interaction with the FSBO (For Sale By Owner) seller, but she ultimately decided to sell the property on her own. Here are a few things you could consider doing differently in similar situations:
1. Establish a Clear Value Proposition
2. Provide a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
3. Share Success Stories
4. Be Persistent but Respectful
5. Offer Flexibility:
Remember that some sellers may have personal or financial reasons for choosing to sell on their own, and it's important to respect their choices. Building a positive rapport with potential clients can pay off in the long run, even if they don't immediately decide to work with you.

What this does is makes the job more of a job with a process. Indespespensible for a startup Realtor. You said you wanted suggestions for future video's? How about these so-called one step programs like Hootsuite that are supposed to be set up for one post access to all your Social MEDIA accounts? If you know of any that actually work? Thanks. This one was a POS years ago and still is. Their setup doesn't work. Thanks.
