For new agents with limited resources, no money to rent an office. after joining exp where can we find places to use printers and scanners? or do we have to setup our offices at home?

Real Estate Brokerages goes Multi-Level Marketing = eXp
T C actually 36 years ago Keller Williams opened and they have a multi generational pay plan with profit share. They are also the biggest. The difference is ours is revenue share - off the top.

Armindo Gonzalez Jr My suggestion is I wouldn’t let $149 keep me from anything I wanted to do. It also includes business cards, and folders as well as the first months tech fee. Is anybody get the feeling that this is a little pyramid schemey?
It's not at all. Especially since anyone can join without a sponsor (someone who refers you) Also, your fees don't change, if you do or don't have a sponsor. The sponsor also does not make money unless the agent makes money. Fees are low too.
Alternatively, if you think this is pyramid schemy then you could say that any team, brokerage, or corporation is pyramid schemy. Brokerages make money off of agents even if they continue with zero transactions.
One last thing, the software(Kvcore, etc.) and Regus office options are worth way more than the fees one pays at eXp Realty.
Anyways, it's too bad that this video focused on the referrals. There's way more too it

You don’t have to work for them to buy their penny stocks either. Just saying
Interesting concept that does not exist in the real world! We can run examples on how much money we can make with a big IF! How many agents have exp grown to become highly productive agents, the answer is none! Lets be real 90% of the agents who join exp will receive $0. revenue share! When all of the commission income is paid back to agents in 7 levels, how would the company make any profits? Maybe profits don't matter for stock prices!!!
Sam Rafeh Your entire comment contradicts itself. So will nobody receive rev share or will everyone receive rev share and they go broke? Agents that bring other agents get rev share others don’t - they all get stock awards for producing. The Who’s who of real estate are all moving to eXp. Maybe everyone is crazy? Maybe all these mega agents are missing something? You must see something none of us see....or maybe, just maybe, you are missing something? Keep an open mind.
