Leaves out $250 per transaction fee PLUS $25 per transaction PLUS $40 per transaction = so $315 per transaction for ~20 deals $85 per month replicates a desk fee Regus likely charges you extra for the coffee, WiFi, etc :) The 80/20 seems like a giant merry go round - exp grabs the $16k and cycles it back to referring agents over time - if exp is giving away $16k of shares - not sure how they give stock and all the $16k back to referring agents - would like to see the OPERATING cash flows of exp realty
Would you feel better if your commission split went to a rich CEO? I was with RE/MAX for 24 years and that is where my split went. I'm now with eXp and love it. Agent owned, the agents share in the profits, not a rich owner/ CEO at the top.
