Whoa whoa slow down Nick Wright. That call does NOT surpass Sean Payton’s onside kick coming out of HALFTIME in their SB. It’s a super gutsy call and took some hella stones to do but it’s #2 behind the Saints onside kick. That could have seriously lost the Saints that game. The Saints were LOSING at the time, Philly was winning even if that play fails. If the Saints don’t get that onside kick they give Manning a short field and he probably goes down and scores, instead the Saints scored a TD on that possession and made it 13-10 instead of possibly 13-6 or 17-6.
When Wentz got injured. I commented "Eagles' this year is going like Raiders' last year" and i got more than 200 thumbs up. I would like to take this platform to apologize Eagles nation.

Total respect for how the Eagles won this one. Given how Brady and the Pats played, 99 out 100 times, they would have won. Doug Pederson coached the game with massive balls and Nick Foles played the game of a lifetime worthy of a Shakespearean play.
Agreed...Eagles made few mistakes...and got the clock down as much as they could to avoid Brady pulling a miracle..the only thing i did not like is the call on that Eagles TD...with all due respect i think the foot was out of bounds when he finally gained full posession, but still, if you take that away Eagles would have won by 1 point... congrats the team and the fans!
I did not catch the whole game...I live in France...watched the highlights and did see that play you're referring to. He doesn't show that he has full possession, but neither does he show that he DIDN'T have full possession.

Idk if we were watching the same game but the Patriots defense let them down. All night the eagles defense was more dominant yet still Brady kept scoring. Even took the lead for a bit after a 10 point deficit. In the last 2:30 seconds of the game that forced fumble cost us a win. The fact that Brandon cooks got injured really hurt our chances and the fact that Malcom Butler was benched the whole game. All factors why we didn't win. Everyone knows though we will be back next year...... Will your team?

I may be a Patriots fan but before that I am a football fan. However you can't dispute the mishaps on our side wasn't a factor in our loss. 2:20 minutes left in the game and Brady had the ball. Idc what anyone says, Brady would have scored. Y'all needed that forced fumble. Brady has been eating up the eagles defense all night but when it mattered there was no pass protection. Also Malcom Butler should have been on the field. I'm not just blaming our defense but there was a series of inconsistencies on our side that contributed to our loss.

Show Out I said the same thing bud. Here’s my post - Whoa whoa slow down Nick Wright. That call does NOT surpass Sean Payton’s onside kick coming out of HALFTIME in their SB. It’s a super gutsy call and took some hella stones to do but it’s #2 behind the Saints onside kick. That could have seriously lost the Saints that game. The Saints were LOSING at the time, Philly was winning even if that play fails. If the Saints don’t get that onside kick they give Manning a short field and he probably goes down and scores, instead the Saints scored a TD on that possession and made it 13-10 instead of possibly 13-6 or 17-6.
No more Super Bowl trip for new England.

April Trowbridge it's all good to have Team love, fan love, and a support your team no matter what mistakes they make, because we all human. Just as you would stand by your family if they made a mistake, no matter what that mistake was in their life, they're still your family, well, the Patriots are still your team. I just got much love for you for the fact that you do still stand by your team, but I just can't support someone being the greatest who has that in their background. Every quarterback in the NFL is already stated there's no way that he didn't know that those footballs were not deflated. Had it not been for that, I would say that Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time, that's hard for me to say as a Cowboys fan, but you have to accept it for what it is. If he would just step forward and admit that he did wrong in that season, then I will stand behind him and say you are one of the greatest quarterbacks ever!
