Thanks so much, I did not realize they had 3 filters and wow what a difference with the 3rd clean, one thing I did that you did not mention yet was cleaning in behind the front opening where the air comes out, there was a ton of dust build up there. I cleaned it while it was blowing cold air and open as Danby is good at hiding this area with their closing front panels. Thanks again !

Thanks. Helpful video. Cooling back down again. ;)
I left it too long and the filters were filthy. Cooling wasn't working very well. The dust in the filters turned my air conditioner into a glorified fan. 😂
    All better now. 😊

Gotta say the user manual did not accurately show where the 3rd filter is.

You have to hold down the filter/sleep button for a couple seconds

after we take the filters out how do we clean them? Can we soak them in water?

Hello Kyle, as for the cleaning instructions, you can clean the cabinet with a lukewarm damp cloth
and neutral detergent. Dry the cabinet with a lint-free dry cloth. Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other
chemicals to clean the appliance. Lastly, Do not wash the appliance directly under a tap
or using a hose. It may cause electrical damage. For other information about our CARE & MAINTENANCE, please visit our website, select the model you want, and look for the ower's manual. Thank you.
