Trampoline Body Landing Basics for Building Air Awareness - Lofi, Chill Edit

  • During my first couple of weeks back in the gym after lockdown, I have spent lots of time on the trampoline, trying to re-build my air awareness and confidence. For the first few sessions I felt very uncoordinated and nervous having had such a long break but by working through these basics every session, I am starting to feel a little more aware and in control of my movements again! Nothing brand new here, but certainly some things which I've not done for a year or two to get the adrenaline pumping, and a few quirky little bits and pieces which are hopefully fun to watch :)
