9 Month Full Planche & Manna Progress

  • At the start of this years lockdown, my training turned almost entirely to strength and conditioning. Two big targets of mine for this year have been full planche and manna - full planche is something which I had kind of done in the past but which I was keen to acheive cleanly, and manna is not a skill I have ever previously seriously focused on.
    As you can see, back in April I was no where near either. However, I wrote a plan, I stuck to it, I was consistent with my nutrition, and 9 months later, the results speak for themselves.
    Nothing is ever perfect in this game but I am satisfied that my planche was held in a decent shape for 2 seconds, and although a horizontal manna is still someway off, my range has increased by a good 90 degrees this year, which I am super proud of.
