    Thank you! So good to have one less thing to worry about.....I am really trying to simplify and just focus on my meat based diet. I'm trying to simply move beyond all the supplements.

    The genetic specialist i had to speak with during my first pregnancy said i couldn't process folate at all and would have to take methyl folate forever 🙃
    I only saw her so insurance would cover my home birth.

    5 year carnivore here and i was still low on follate. Supplementing that has very little effect but tyrosine, just one pill in the morning has completely changed my life. A lifelong depression that progressively got worse is completely gone, and it was really serious up till a few weeks ago. Cognitively everything is much better it is not subtle. Not saying you're wrong but perhaps there is more nuance to this? My diet is mostly pork and eggs with some liver sometimes. Not a super clean carnivore i had to rely on other stuff to get my dopamine up like chocolate but that's not a solution, just a temporary boost. One pill in the morning and I'm good all day.

      The state of your gut and types of fat alone can make a huge difference. Tyrosine helped me immensely before I discovered carnivore as well, but enough of the *right* animal foods and (sometimes) removing all antinutrients is necessary. It sounds like you need a more targetted approach to me. Either way, I am so happy to hear of your progress!

      @@rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939 Thank you! Yes i cut back on chocalate a lot but not fully, it's more habbit now than anything since i don't get a boost from it anymore. Targetted approach seems right indeed, i'll treat myself like my other hobbies and just keep tuning and tweaking but this time with a much better disposition!

    Hello! I have a question i was hoping you could answer. I really like chicken breast but cant stand the thighs. Can i add maybe 1 tbsp butter to it to negate the "leaness" ?

      Might have to try something you don't like for your health.
      When you remove other foods you may find that you crave these more.

      Rebekah, what are your thoughts on green tea-decaf? I love it, but feel 'funny' when I take it-like inflamed funny/brain fogged/congested/dizzy... I do have a MTHFR mutation + histamine issues-could drinking green tea aggravate those 2?
