In Q part, my Q got a different value thab yours cause I considered the whole rectangle - the 2 windows ... The width of the window is = 200-25-25-25 = 125/2 =62.5 . Consequently , Q= 100(100)(50)-2(62.5)(75)(37.5) = 148437.5 mm^3. Thats how I think actually.
I think you have also done right. But calculate my values may be something wrong in that. But your concept is also OK....
