Sir.. very great full thanks to you..about this Ram mantra.but I have some questions about this.. they are RAM is it beejaakshra in Manipooraka chakra..or is it parabrahma which situated on the top of the crown..it means
RAM =OM or above the OM..and also another question is there was Ida(Chandra)..

Ram or Rama ultimately ram will come out. Kalidas became englightened by chanting vice versa. Just chant and enjoy

Rama is a Sanskrit name and Sanskrit language does not have schwa deletion, so it was originally Rama. BUT Tulsidas rewrote Ramachandra’s story in Hindi so that more people would be blessed by it and Hindi language does have schwa deletion, so Tulsi’s Rama is known as Ram. Neither is incorrect. Both are divine 🙏🏻🌺

Only through nose. In few practice we inhale from mouth
Even in our daily life do we need to breathe only through nose and not from mouth???
God has given two nostrils for breathing!! The air breathed through nostrils goes to lungs and get purified through gas exchange. Where as air inhailed through mouth mouth do not give balanced effect of hot and cold. Also there are all possibilities of infections majorly related related to respiratory and digestive systems.

Radiating kindness over the entire world:
Spreading upwards to the skies,
And downwards to the depths;
Outwards and unbounded,
Freed from hatred and ill-will.
Whether standing or walking, seated or lying down
Free from drowsiness,
One should sustain this recollection.
