I made these cupcakes today so delicious. I made a change that when the cupcakes where hot i added chunks of chocolate they got melt and tasted Amazing . THANKYOU
This is an incredible recipe! The only thing I'd do differently, is add the baking powder and soda to the dry ingredients, which is the standard way of doing it. I'll definitely make them!!!
It's become a new way to incorporate baking powder. I see it in many videos. My pancake recipe is one example.
@@joanhenschel3511Really? That's interesting. I watch a lot of baking videos. This is my first time seeing that. Even the pancake recipe I follow doesn't do it that way. When I saw this I wondered why it was being done as the last step. The only reason I could think of was once liquid hits the baking powder it becomes activated. But then I thought. It's the last step either way you do it (mixing wet ingredients into the dry or vice versa) so now I'm just confused, lol. Either way, when I go to make these I'm going to put both ingredients in with the dry as OP stated. Putting it in at the end runs a greater risk of over mixing the batter which is what we're not suppose to do... 🤷♀️😁
The reason to put the baking powder at the very end is to ensure proper rise of the cake, as soon as b.p is added to the batter, it is activated

Recipe works perfectly! I just made it! Little advice: after baking and cooling put them into a container and wrap with plastic foil. Try and hour later and they are even moister and softer !
Plastic foil? I've know of Plastic wrap and foil wrap but I've never seen a product made out of the 2. Can you elaborate more please? Thanks in advance...

Just a tip:
If you don’t have the tool she used to take out the cake centers, you can use a round piping tip. The larger opening side.
Made these for my GF's BD, great recipe & will be making again!! Oh, I doubled the frosting & it was perfect! Guess I use more than usual! I'd rather have leftover than not enough!
