Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2/3 cup (100g) Semi-sweet or milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
500g Chocolate cake (store-bought)
About 3 Tbsp (45g) of Milk
For the Filling:
3/4 cup (170g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
2/3 cup (90g) Powdered sugar (sifted)
A pinch of salt (skip the salt if using salted butter)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Milk
Chocolate Topping:
About 300g of Chocolate or candy melts for coating
About 50g of White chocolate or candy melts for decorating

    Could we use any other store brought cake. Chocolate chip loaf cake or cherry 🍒 loaf cake or plain cake. For this cake recipe.

      Feel free to use any cake you like. The only thing that may vary is the quantity of milk, which depends on the cake's moisture. So add little by little, stirring well after each addition.

      The brown sugar adds a little more moisture and gives the muffin a darker brown color. But you can also use white sugar if you prefer. 😊

      I haven't tried this exact recipe without eggs yet. Using 1/4 cup of yogurt works for some recipes, but I can't confirm if it will work for this one.
