- Here is the recipe; 2 large eggs,3/4 cup sour cream/yogurt (170g),1/2 cup milk (120ml),1 tbsp vanilla ,1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210g)2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g),1 cup granulated sugar (200g),1 1/2 tsp baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda,3/4 tsp salt,2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips,1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml)

I tried this with oat flour and it was so good, SOOO GOOD! I like that they weren’t overly sweet either, I only used 3/4 cup of sugar not 1 full cup

For anyone who wants this recipe cut in half the recipe is:
1 egg
6 Tablespoons of Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup of Oil
1/4 Cup of Milk
14 Tablespoons of Flour
1/3 cup of unsweetened Coco powder
1/2 Cup of Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon of Baking powder
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup of Chocolate chips + some to save for toppings

What is sour cream?
@@subbukarthii7855 it's a white, tart condiment that you can usually put on foods like tacos or chili, but some times it's good in desserts like muffins and sometimes cake. But if you don't have sour cream, Greek yogurt also works.

These are the best looking muffins in the entire history of CZcams, better than the chef videos. I will try these today without the eggs and in an airfryer instead of an oven. Will update how they turned out!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream or yogurt (175g) - 1/2 cup vegetable oil (125ml) - 1/2 cup milk (125ml) - 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g) - 1 cup granulated sugar (200g) - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl (eggs, milk, vegetable oil, yogurt/sour cream)
Sift all your dry ingredients and fold them together with the wet ingredients by using a mixing spoon.
Once all is well combined and smooth, add your chocolate chunks or chocolate chips in. Don't forget to leave some chocolate chips for the topping.
Pour two scoope of batter into a muffin paper if you want jumbo size muffins, this way you will end up with approximately 10-12 jumbo size muffins. If you want to add only one scoope, you will have 15-17 normal size muffins.
Sprinkle on your muffin batter some of your chocolate chips that you left for topping.
Place the muffins into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, and enjoy the chocolate!

I just made it, best muffins ever! I strongly recommend making it! However I do suggest reducing the amount of chocolate chips, I'm a big chocolate lover, but in this particular recipe I feel like letting the flavour and texture of the muffin show more is better. That's just my own preference, do it the way you like!❤

My husband has made this Atleast 3 times already and they are the BEST MUFFINS I’ve ever had!!! (We use a different oil, and use vanilla Greek yogurt, but otherwise I think he follows recipe. Sooooo good)

These look pretty good. But if anyone wants to know real goodness they need to go to the breakfast company a restaurant in florida. Its incredible when you eat the muffin it seems like it gets better and better the more you eat it. And theres a party in the mouth. The muffins are extremely extremely dense so there heavy. And there really really big there the size of greapfruit but an inch taller.
