- Riding a rad double black trail with @VanCan and @DaleStone. Rock rolls, steep chutes, gaps, skinnies, tech - this trail has it all! Especially happy to snag the skinny line at 02:45. Trials skills in full effect.

Who noticed the sound of the new hubs in today's video?
Sounds excellent 👌
Sounds like my vault hub
Do you have a patreon?
I did, 3678 points of engagements right? LOL!
yo what hubs are they they sound fire
3:49 That was the coolest gear change I've ever seen. Definitely gonna try and leanrn it
I thought it was terrifying seeing it POV. It's even more terrifying seeing the actual verticals and the depth perception isn't warped by the go pro
2:50 well that just changed my opinion of what's possible and impossible
@3:49 I need to learn that 😂 the amount of practical party tricks you effortlessly show off is mind boggling
Holy shit, I didn't even notice he balanced on his front wheel and changed gears. That's some next level technique
@@kalebvick Same! :O :D
What’s really impressive is the amount of work gone into making these trails. Ah, the industriousness youth. But to be fair, that is some mad skills.
You have demonstrated an ability to ride like I have not witnessed before. That was a great video and I had no idea that someone could ride a mountain bike through features like that. Sub'd.
I know damn
I just discovered him. I’ve never mountain biked, but after binging his videos I want to buy one. He’s insane. He makes trails his bitch.
I know, right! May I introduce you to Danny MacAskill? I have a feeling you may like his work too...! czcams.com/video/K_7k3fnxPq0/video.html
100% agree with this comment, so smooth.
So this is what it looked like when Luke was running a speeder through the forest moon of Endor.
I too have seen the trilogy - and loved it! Dave, that was so, so sick. I think that is the best top to bottom lap I’ve ever seen you put in. You left Dale and Nic behind up top as seen in Dale’s version when Nic asks “where’s Dave?” And the trail looked hella steep even on the GoPro, so I can’t even imagine real life when the jank factor is also added in. Congrats Dude - that’s a keeper run!
I am a total noob and had my 2nd bike park visit last week. For the first time I experienced myself just how strong the GoPro effect is! We had rock rolls I considered very steep and barely managed to ride... just to see them as almost completely flat on the footage I took. Seeing these very steep chutes in the video means I wouldn't walk them down IRL!
@@thomaskositzki9424 I’m about a year in now. Still remember dropping into my first real run, a trail called Garbage on Burke Mountain. I’d seen it on CZcams many times as I researched what would be my first “real” trail to try. Quite the shocking wtf? moment when I saw it in person. Make no mistake, it’s only a blue, but it was still crazy to see the difference in the real world vs GoPro.
Does Dale have a channel too?
@@davidcarlton2513 yes, a great one. Look up Dale Stone.
I have prolly watched hundreds of mtb videos (I'm addicted) and this is some of the most impressive riding I've seen in this style.
At some point I didn't even know where the trail was xD Insane riding and great videos!
Those extra camera guys are adding a lot of value to these videos :D
The downed trees to the skinny was RIDICULOUS! Well done
OK, I've redefined my 'Sketchy AF' scale. Damn fine skillz boys
I know very little about this sport...but I love watching your clips!! The little chuckle is always cool too! Thanks for sharing!
CZcams randomly recommended me one of Dave’s videos and these are absolutely mesmerizing and the little laughs make me smile every time 😂😊
I just started doing downhills and I'm not really sure what high end riding looks like, but this just looks completely impossible. Great work.
Forreal I would’ve pop my shoulder trying to doge the trees.
@@Wowvod I would’ve been impaled.
I appreciate the second half of the video with the top to bottom for the trail. So many only show the sessioning for these challenging trails and one never sees the trail just ridden.
3:50 earns my subscription! Sick little move
lol thought no-one else had noticed that! Turns out everyone did! either way AMAZING!
Just imagining going in between those trees while moving at a speed and then suddenly your fist hits one of them...
It's like crack~
I was gonna do that same trail the other day, but I threw my back out getting my fat ass up off the sofa.
Unbelievable! Wish I were 50 years younger.
That "I knew you'd do it" hahaha
I don't mountain bike I'm 61 and break easier these days..back in the day i was an adrenaline junkie sky diving repelling etc..I am totally hooked on these videos !! The skills you guys have are outstanding ! Simply amazing..I have watched some other videos by other people doing the same thing and all of you are incredible ! but these videos are by far above and beyond the the curve of comparison !! Just what are these bikes made of ? The speed and terrain rocks logs the punishment both rider and bike go thru I would think would totally destroy any equipment flat tires bent rims etc..and certainly you guys as riders have got to be in tip top physical shape..I'm hooked and subscribed..I may not be able to do this myself anymore but sure can live the ride vicariously thru you..lol
Love seeing the full run! Awesome stuff, boys! 🤘
3:48 the way you change gears is really cool!
I just love that you always have the same laugh everytime you succeed with anything :D
I love your videos so much. I watch them to help me sleep. You have so much control over your bike, its crazy.
I love that your natural reaction after riding the scary bits is to laugh. That's common in a lot of sports, like motorcycle racing for example. You're all crazy. I love it. Keep up the awesome work.
Fucking hell, I appreciate you guys did the recce before showing the real deal in full flow. I know damn well I could never do anything like that. Chapeau!
The skill level in this video is beyone my imagination, wow!
"There's no way he's gonna get over that log."
*Seamlessly hovers over log*
Watching this video while smoking joints = Perfect combination 👌🏻
That was totally gnarly to the max !
I love this guy. This is my new favorite guy
Great riding as always!
CZcams randomly recommended me one of your videos three days ago and I've been binge watching them ever since XD
as a german going into local Bikeparks: "yeah, i am good at mountainbiking, i can get down this and that"... as a german after watching your videos: "yeah, i cant ride a mountainbike for shit" Thanks for demotivating me :D
Just practice bud, you can do it!
Outstanding edit!
Just subbed and I love the videos. The laughing after every feature cleared is driving me insane. Great videos though so I guess I'll have to deal with the laugh> :)
Super SICK!!…You got some skills man. Luv the content, keep on rolling!…
Crazy mad skills!! Nice video
Wow that was wild, great skills!
heck yeah, dude...!!! That was sooo freakin nerve racking
This vid gives me HUGE free rider vibes, and I love it.
Epic riding dude! skillz
You are so good at mountain biking yet so under rated!
You are such a great technical rider, wow
Such a fun trail
I love technical trails but god damn this one is wild
Mad skillz brotha
Wow. Amazing skills.
This was the craziest video I’ve ever seen
I have now watch the trilogy. Nice work you 3 looks tec and scary.
A far better trilogy than the Star Wars sequels.
level of skill is insane
Your Videos having a very nice lost places Bikepark touch... love it. Great riding btw..
That was a great ride!
My new favourite type of CZcams video
this is crazy cool !!
Outstanding Edit!
Thanks Andy!
Dude this guy deserves to be more noticed
Nice footage guys👌👌👌
my jaw is on the floor after watching that skinny. #subscribed!
The ol balls o steel dave. Need a wheelbarrow for them things man! What a dude.
Great ridding guys, when it looks scary on a GoPro I can only image in real life
"whoops too far"....I see what you did there! 🤣
03:49, that gearchange is sooooo slick
Gnarly, good job!
0:35 that form screams dominance
your amazing!!
Who made those trails and when? They're pretty absurd at times.
this is just insane Poggers!
Despite whatever YOU think, you ARE a superhuman. The fact that there are things you can't/won't do only impresses me more. And the worse it gets, the more you laugh. 👍
cool stuff
I would ride into a tree and break both myself and my bike attempting to do what you do so well done!! You've mastered the art of mountain biking and tree avoidance.
That skinny was incredible ryan leech would be proud.
what settings do you have on your go pro, it looks great
How much suspension does your bike have i have front and rear suspention but it is harder than the rock
I hope Norco sponsor you dude, showing what their bikes can do in capable hands.
Great video! Such a technical trail, and you nailed it masterfully The people who "disliked" this video, please identify yourself...are you a roadie or pure xc rider?
Watching this is making me knees hurt lol
This video is the is the definition of the north shore.
Incredible skills DD...do you ride professionally?
You're awfully good in the techy stuff bruh.
the Master of the Skinnies =) And the Frontweely move to shift in the right gear HAHA Amazing my Dude
THATS A SUB =P
Thought he was done when we got to the street, but then he rides off the f*ckin side of it, absolutely badass
Great trial maintenance lol
How do they get the POV shots so smooth? Do goPro’s just have auto stabilization on the video it takes? If not then how? It’s so smooth it’s like a drone is flying right in front of his chest
Do drops and stuff hurt or does the bike's springiness stop it from hurting?
What tires/psi were you running here? Sick trails 😎
Awesome
The best laugh
03:48 did you just change gears whilst doing an endo?! AMAZING!
I never did mountain biking but I am up for trying it. Stupid question: How do you go to the top of those mountains? A lift?
Sic-minded people built that trail...Awesome riding!
Was there a trail in there some place?
Where I live the closest thing to a hill is the rail road tracks. Must be nice
Wait do you regularly go down trails that look like they've been abandoned for 10 years?
nature is only a free theme park!
i need to buy a bike again. i first caught sight of this channel on my recommended . now i miss having a bike
Ddang ddude!
