Tying your hair up helps. I've been obsessed with my hair since I was little, I spent 2-3 hours of my day tying my hair with scrunchies. (now I cut all of my hair :) While spinning these hair scrunchies around your pony tail or bun, your hands became bony and your veins became clear.
Personally the one I believe that is ment for men works significantly better for me, thank you for you continued great vids. This just kinda seems like an easier version of the men’s one, with way ladies; if you want being hands you gotta work for it. So consistency is key.

It’s easier, I use the ones for men and honestly it works better for me. This does like nothing for me, but some weights and the one he did for men I believe reallyyy works for me; gets ya girls veins popping. Also vascularity is hereditary, so if veiny arms/hands are less common in your family you have to work harder to really achieve that veiny look.
Yes it does work, first two days the veins will start to be visible. I'm on my 3rd day doing this, and its starting to be more visible and starts to pop up, i recommend u doing this
This video is pointless. Just do the excercises that the guys do(either way they're pretty much the same anyway). You talk about gender equality yet you "can't" do what the guys do. Ps: Why the heck did I start talking abt gender equality and crap like that, it's not that deep🥲. I mean my guy has to get his daily uploads done😅
