The buzzing is at a frequency of 50Hz, I'm gonna just assume the famiclone isn't properly grounded, properly shielded and probably other bullshit, so it's picking up audio interference from the power supply.

That's a Subor brand famiclone, they made some of the most famous types of famiclones around China and even Russia, as far as I know. They're the ones who made the Subor keyboard famiclone advertised by Jackie Chan and they probably developed/commissioned all those faux-computer studying~typing games heavily featured in these streams.
As far as I know they still make famiclones and wii clones today (since you bought a brand new one with a 30 years anniversary logo on it).

I’ve seen this many times before. I tend to watch these bootleg streams when I sleep or just when I need something to listen to/watch when I’m bored.
Not gonna lie though, this time it was a little different an experience. I just got hearing aids that have Bluetooth capabilities in them. I had started watching this last week and I came back to this now.
I was listening to this through my HA as headphones and I thought that the buzzing was my HA for a minute until I remembered it was from the video and he had mentioned it in the beginning of the stream.

It sounds like the 1/4 pulse and square wave instruments have been swapped around in most of these games (i.e. there are 1/4 pulse waves where there should be square waves and vice versa)

I have a very small import console collection, and I can tell you that if you use 110-120V on 100V or 240v on 220V systems, or just use it on a power circuit with the wrong frequency, their power transformer or voltage regulator can generate a buzzing tone on the audio out.
That's probably what killed your other system deck.
Normally, I would also suggest shitty old capacitors might need replacing, but if that's an NES-on-a-chip system, odds are it probably doesn't use m/any.
It's also likely that the cables aren't RF shielded properly (surprising, I know) and are picking up all sorts of interference from the console. That's probably why the buzzing changes volume depending on how much stuff is on the screen.
