The same cant be said for the swords right? Since theyre not inflatable. What do they do to those props?
They actually do "swallow" them. You basically need to train yourself to get rid of your gag reflex, and, ironically enough, avoid swallowing as it could lead to serious damage (look up "sword swallowing" on wikipedia). It's not an illusion, so much as just a very impressive (and dangerous) performance.
And I thought a good magician never reveals his/her secrets 🤔
