Their is no such thing as magic
Knowing how things works is even more fun, because you realize people have to come up with the solution to create the illusion
Magicians spend thousands of dollars to create these illusions, that's why they always say a magician never reveal their tricks when actually they will reveal the trick if another magician buys it. But now it's being revealed for views lol
To me, the explanation is more entertaining and more interesting than the performance of the magic.
Great job
Thank you!
People generally doesn't care about the explanation when the performance is bad.

When i was kid i saw David Copperfield perform this trick live it was amazing. Never knew till now how he did it
Same case here. But i still don't know how he really did it.
I wish i could fit my body into a space thats like 2 inches in width, or appears as such. Its a good explanation though. I mean its the best o e ive heard
@@Antnee659 definitely not a job for someone with claustrophobia for the feet guy.
Same here and even after watching this video with the reveal, i still dont know
The video is assuming the specific contortion involved because we will never truly know. But they spin the tables to show it isn't simple mirrors, and he isn't dead. So even if his legs go down inside the table legs, or he is fully flattened out like the double, we do know for sure there is some kinda contortion involved.
Maybe he put his legs in a cast for weeks or months and allowed them to atrophy before touring this trick, the possibilities are endless with Copperfield but it is almost definitely a physical feat of some kind and not a clever illusion that would blow our minds all these years later.
David Copperfield watching this: thank fu*k CZcams didn't exist back then!
I remember The Masked Magician talking about how some tricks are strictly TV only tricks. The tricks have a mechanism that would be obvious to an in person audience but the tv cameras can hide it from the home audience
Like when David Copperfield ‘hid’ the Statue of Liberty.
I found that so silly. Like yes, when I now would be in NY and looking out towards the Statue…I’ll bet it’s still right there.
@@idonjohnson6999that trick was done to a live audience
It's nice to see the engineering that goes into magic but ultimately I don't care how they do it, I love the theatricality and showmanship of it all, plus the music they set it all to!
So you like people lying and cheating everyone
Thats fine..but still nothing is magical ...just imagine...
I'm of two minds about videos like this. On one hand I enjoy the mystery of not knowing how a trick was done but on the other hand learning all the intricate ways a trick is done is absolutely fascinating. The amount of practice these people must do is incredible.
Glad it was helpful!
And yet, you are here. Sad
@@TheTheoTherone How so?
Same!
I enjoy knowing the intricacies more than just knowing it's a trick, makes me appreciate them more.
The Trick sequences with the Videos and 3D projection is awesome and absolutely not easy bringing all together in the synchronized way
Much appreciated!
that was my favorite one
A 2 year old could do all those tricks.
Still David Copperfield his trick is amazing. The table seems to thin but it's not . He was the best
He was just the first
*too thin.
David Copperfield will not even remotely be considered magician today if he perform his act in today standards, he will get chew by the internet on how fake he was and how shit his tricks are.
I remember going through a recording of the saw illusion frame by frame, and the flying piece of shirt baffled me for quite some time. I think he improved it by making some of the rag look bloodied.
Yeah, looks like he put alot of care and thought into it. On the other hand, I don't understand how the new guys like Dynamo got famous. Not only are all his tricks that I saw garbage, he also has zero charisma and artistry.
Your knowledge of magic is truly astounding, this is as entertaining as watching the magic trick themselves!
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's 'the magic trick itself'. People's grammar nowadays is truly bizarre.
I am actually curious if theres is any trick u are unable to explain or perplex u? Im magician myself too and want some challenge to decode them thnxxx! @@irehman7
🤣@@CaptZdq1
@@CaptZdq1It's more likely he just accidentally missed the s of the end of trick and meant to write "the magic tricks themselves" which is perfectly correct grammar.
I saw david copperfield do this when was a kid. Amazing
Your work is highly appreciated! Best reveals on the internet!
Thanks again for another entertaining video.
Our pleasure!
I'm always amazed not only by the illusions themselves, but the methodology behind them. It's ingenious, breathtaking & I can only imagine the countless hours of practice that go into making these illusions work perfectly. The young lady with the magic box & the Simon T-shirt was especially good. Wow!!
That's why magicians network among each other because no one person could've think about making these tricks by themselves. It's also taboo to reveal tricks because it made creating new tricks much harder
Awesome work as always. Hoping to see more Copperfield on the channel!

All those copperfield tricks have already een disclosed years ago. Look up on YT.
As an adult I no longer regret knowing how some tricks are perform, I admire the performance and the skill needed. My infant neices are probably still young enough to believe in magic, but I worry that sooner or later they will come across a video like this when Mum/Grandma leaves them alone with an iPad or Smart Phone!? The real ilusion of the one where he is cut in half is that i already know it's 2 persons but what my brain doesnt get is how they fit in such a thin table
Right, I immidiatly understood it must be two people (I'm sure most people do) but I was so confused trying to think out how.
This is one of those categories of magic that I’ve never really enjoyed, something anyone can learn and perform in an afternoon, and even figure out without help, not really that impressive. Closeup magic, that takes years to learn and fools some of the finest minds leaving us with a sense of real mystery is far more captivating.

That was brilliant thank you
Your work is outstanding. Thanks and well done. Please make more. All the best.
More to come!
For the first time, I don't agree with all of the explanations. In trick 10, the wires would have been a standard two-wire waist stunt harness, like circus training 101. They would come from overhead and would perfectly explain all the flying and better explains when the hoop was passed to "show no wires". You can see the harness attachment points at :56 There is an overhead lateral rolling suspension trolley that the harness wires suspend from that explains the stage right-left movement and hanging angles. This is like youth music theater doing Peter Pan easy. Horizontal cables coming from stage right/left would require a huge amount of load tension to lift a grown man and would never offered the speed of movement in the trick. Its why the hoop was necessary, to stop the swinging and swaying of the flying magician on lateral motions.
Then, Trick 2, the fish tank. I think there was an internally angled or bent sheet of acrylic that made the inner tank look whole and 'bubbly' and full of water, like and angled mirror cube.. The front pane of glass was just a dummy slide pane that had a hole in it and could be brought up when the napkin came out. There was no need for the tape membrane or dual planes if no water was present in the hand insert through the glass. Unfortunately, there isn't enough to go on from this video, but I don't see a wet hand coming out with the necklace.
In trick 10, if you watch the original performance, Penn and Teller mentioned that he performed using David Copperfeild's method. David uses this exact method I described. Furthermore that clockwise horizontally body spin doesn't make sense according to your wire structure. The question isn't that " he could still spin with the vertial wiring" but " why does he spin only once and only aftrr his body is lifted horizontally?". If your wiring structure was used they wouldn't ever consider even spinning the body in the first place.
For trick 2: They is genuinely water inside, no mirrors etc. See original performance link in description. You can also search on CZcams Cyril's multiple performance in different occasions you can find no such concept as you are describing. Plus based on your description you are over complicating the method to the point its just impractical and extremely hard to set up.
@@irehman7 David Copperfield flies with a double array of fine wires that are near to vertical, not near to horizontal (the details can be seen in John Gaughan's patent). To lift somebody with the setup you describe you'd need two thick cables and, as nudsh says, a huge amount of tension.
Yes I agree with that, the wires are obviously diagonal, 100% horizontal is not even possible physical since the wire isn't rigid like a rod.
@@irehman7 The wires are diagonal but they are near to vertical, not near to horizontal. David Copperfield's flying is controlled from above, not from the sides.
Because of this, those magicians will hate you bruh xD
Great stuff. Like I say, 'A magic trick is no fun unless you know how it's done.' But I'm still looking for the Pendragon secret of passing a human thru a human.
Can you share a link. I haven't seen that trick.
@@irehman7 czcams.com/video/_wAN3xjCCIs/video.html
I really liked the last illusion(s). So much technology and traditional techniques envolved.
I would like to know what kind of wires they use for those levitating tricks
It's invisible wire. What do you mean, you've never seen any? 😁

Her beauty and her gorgeous card - shuffling impressed me more than the trick itself.
Well she is Filipino so she is a beauty
Another good one. Speaking of Anna Deguzman she is going to be on the Finals of Americas Got Talent, I will be watching her on Tuesday, hopefully you will see her and put her act in your video. I think she is the only magician to make the finals.
Saw Copperfield in Vegas two years ago. Fantastic Show!
Hey Irehman7, This is the Mac Daddy of all your FANTASTIC videos. This is your ALL-STAR video, man .
Great work, as always, but this is much more enjoyable and more amazing.
I saw Copperfield around 2000. He did the buzz saw illusion in this show. Although I had a good suspicion that an assistant was being used, I really liked that illusion.
It was built very well, and it almost had me fooled, but i knew better, lol.
But, it was still very impressive, Copperfield style.
Copperfield flew above the stage in that show. Im guessing that he did it closely related to your explanation in this video of the magician in the air?
I would love to know how he and that young man vanished above the audience and went to Hawaii?
I realize that was pre recorded.
I always wanted to know how the magic square was done.
I dont get along with mathematics, lol.
I saw a youtube video of a guy teaching it.
I was still confused, but your explanation was easy to follow and understand. Thanks.
I also wanted to know how the heavy box trick was done. Thank you.
Does IZZY still perform magic?
I have not heard her name for awhile?
Take care.
Thank you! Do share links the videos you are referring too
Copperfield ''flew '' through the air because he was attached to some strings very thin hanging on the ceiling and can be rolled on katrols The strings are attached to a harnas he wears under his shirt hip height.
@connectthedots5678 - Thank you, friend. I did finally learn how he did it. I appreciate your help and reply.
Happy new year.
Be safe.
I love magic....so I love this channel!
Glad you enjoy it!
18:38 He used a white colored shirt, similar to a shirt. Hahaha
I appreciate your channel. Regarding Trick 1 and the use of the card ejector, I disagree that an offstage assistant is used to press the transmitter remote. In the video you can see that the magician is doing something with his right hand. It is my suspicion that the magician has the remote hidden in his left sleeve. It appears that he is pressing the button with his right hand. This action is somewhat camouflaged by the position of his left arm and the cards held in his left hand.
More of Cyril Takayama, please.

The Trick #8 card trick - the process behind it is more impressive than the trick itself. Insane hand skills, trickery, memorization. All while keeping s straight face and confidence. I guess this applies for all the tricks we see.
This is awsom canal! always thinking how they do these! THNX!
Glad you like them!
Learning and performing these illusions is the true magic..making people believe in magic is amazing..
Cutting a woman in half is a classic. On the children's tv show reading rainbow Harry Blackstone sawed Lavar Burton in half.
Thankfully Blackstone restored Burton. He showed how it was done.
Btw one revenue source for famous illusionists is selling the secret attached to a nondisclosure agreement.
You can create your own twist on illusion and like any copyrighted material you can start by using the core idea of a work but modified in form, function or design.
Pulling a rabbit out of a hat is copyrighted. Pulling a kitten out of a rollerskate for instance is not.
You can sell the secret to kitten trick, but not the rabbit. I heard Copperfield charged $1M.
So now you know but you can never tell anyone.
The sense of awe and wonder omg how did they do that, is intense and burning.
Finding out it was done with a length of string, a puff of smoke and a mirror is a let down.
First time ever i saw a explanation of this ultimate wizards!
Wow so interesting! I love your videos 👍
Thank you so much!
Great video...Could you do Derren Brown when he hypnotised a woman to call every dice throw correctly. Also his other stuff bloows my mind. Its all done live on stage shows and shown on tv. Many thanks.
Love your presentations
Thank you!
The second trick with a katana is still dangerous because someone can make a mistake and pick a wrong box in the process
11:36 the place where the photographer allegedly took the photos isn't the same. And if it were that place just a few minutes before the magician approached them they would 100% know what happened. There must be some other explanation. Some kind of Polaroid camera secretly used by someone close to them perhaps. The pictures aren't from the angle it would be if the magician took the photo.
Great explanations indeed that's why they are called illusions
Yes!
Without these answers I’d surely go nuts trying to figure these tricks out
Purely entertaining trick magic😊
yep
Wow, I love your work
Thank you very much!
Awesome videos thanks a lot.
My pleasure!
Once again Bravo amazing I believe you write or create magic for magicians that's the only thing I can think of 👏👏
Wow, thank you
8:19 Wait, so you're saying that Fool Us isn't even genuine and that Penn and Teller allow the magicians to use camera tricks in some of their tricks and then sometimes pretend that they don't know how the tricks were done, that's really bad. Obviously I know that everything on the show is an illusion, but I did believe that when Penn and Teller said they weren't sure how a trick was done that they were telling the truth.
You and these magicians are way smarter than me. 😊
Not really, just a different thinking approach .
In trick 5 where David Copperfield saws his body, when the trick ends the frame looks too thin for the acrobat to hide, it simply looks impossible.
Simon looks so awkward when he's being lead to the stage😅
😂
I watched David Copperfield in Sydney when i was a kid. I was up the front and off to the side and i guess the mirrors weren't aligned right because i could see things weren't right. One of them was that chainsaw one, which they must of changed because when i saw it, it had mirrors on the front, I'm guessing because he didn't want to bend like that any more.
If i remember it was a very unenthusiastic show and half of it was watching a screen from his special.
19:16 It had to be something like that because if he was really sliced in half like that, the blade would be a bloody mess and even at the end of the trick there wasn’t a mark on it, the blade is pristine.
The first one talks about wires that are visible yet there are none lol
I did a more detail explanation on the flying illusion in this video below::
👉 czcams.com/video/rj_PeXjC9NU/video.htmlfeature=shared
👉 Time Stamp :: 42:12
Still a question for me. How could Copperfield's half body and the acrobat entirely fit a 10 cm wide platform?
I was waiting for this question in the comment section. Was wondering as well.🤨
In no world is that platform 10 centimeters wide. Secondly, the area right below the platform upon which the magician and assistant are going to hide a portion of their body is color black, so it blends with the dark background and has a bulge right underneath the area near the center of the base, so there's enough room for the assistant and the magician to hide a portion of their body inside it.
It still looks cool after you know
He was strung up with thin wires hanging on by the Helicopter 🚁 that was above him. All the ppl there knew but obviously on TV you couldn’t see… No mystery at all🤣
Anna is Smokin’
Weed
one day someone will sit in the audience with a 400MHZ jammer
As my mom always said "there's a trick to everything, and the hand is faster than the eye"
THANKS 👍 😊
No problem 👍
I like the cool avatar dude for this channel. He looks really cool, imo.
Thanks! Here is the real life version which it is based off: czcams.com/video/lNRDhLnk5eU/video.html
You are wrong on one thig. Copperfield did indeed manipulate time and repaired his body! The othger tricks are explained correctly. Nice
Dang Liars!..........................All this time I thought they had supernatural powers.
That orange juice one is sick
First one still make me confused, bcs, how hard I try, I cant see any wire anywhere. How is that possible?
Copperfields table was way to thin for a acrobat hidding in it.
The sword trick is too dangerous. Accident is always waiting to happen.
I Looked hard at the first one but could not make out any wires
Awesonn please revealed shadows by teller
#8. My husband and I are “magicians” (used to be, anyway). Our card is the 5❤. 😊
Good job sir
Thanks!
In that levitation act I could never spot the wires even after the video pointed out where they were located. This means they must use camera tricks to erase the wire.
At 36:10 it looks like Trigg himself has the transmitter hidden in his left cuff and is pressing it himself.
Yep, good observation.
About the AGT TV screen trick. Though he explained it good, he didn't explain how the orange juice ON SCREEN sitting on the table in front of the kid, got filled. How did he control what was happening in the actual videos on screen? We saw the glass fill up in front of the kid all by itself.
Its a prerecorded video.
Ugh I hate it when shows like Fool us or AGT cut out parts to hide reveals...the whole point of magic is the magician having to fool us, not the damn editors.
There still seems to be some randomized sequence for solving the magick square. Top left 26-20, the 2nd square down 26-21,the 3rd far right is 26-18 then 2nd from left bottom row is 26-19. There doesn't appear to be a sequenced order to the calculations explained.
But in David Copperfield's trick the platform doesnt seen as thick as shown in animation
Imagine if the backstage guy snitched on the katana guys
Amazing video, very well explained
Thank you!
Thanks for keeping the Ado to a minimum
I tried No5 at the end of September last year on my left index finger, didn't work out as good!
Even if it's obviously trickery it takes some talent not make people realise the trick, I wouldn't be able to do it, these illusionists are still very impressive, it's interesting to try to find out the trick.
I'm not surprised Dynamo isn't performing anymore. His "Magic" was always obvious.
I still don’t know how Criss Angel did this saw trick belly up
