You can't reasonably ask for anything more than honesty from your loved ones. I find Will Smith, along with Terry Crews whom I think share the same animals or functions, admirable when it comes to that high showmanship energy. Thank you for covering this. Was recently pointing out to Fe types that doing Fe this much is exhausting to T types and they were mad about it. They don't understand what an exhausting burden Fe work is for non Fe dom/aux types and think everyone should operate their way, which is kinda oppressive.
This holds true for anyone with an intensive and oppressive dominant function. Sometimes it occurs with masculine functions. We’re all trying to make people fit our paradigm.
wonder if you will see this. im typed enfj and I've always had this lingering feeling that one day I will have my "smack the host of an award show" big mistake moment that will end everything for me. but its difficult to put into words. I also typed Will Smith ENFJ and Tom Holland ESTP. PDB for the most part types both of those people as ENFPs. What do you think leads PDB to type them as ENFP and so fiercely defend it? Do they get something I don't? And you do still think Tom Holland is ESTP right or was I mistaken?

Si inferior is sensitive to appearing weak, a need to hide the inner coward. He wants to redirect people's attention away from his weakness and (Si) discomfort with humor. Si inferior endures and finds strength. You hear this in Will's (Si) story of his childhood. ENFJ's struggle with long term memories without physical reminders, this can come in handy when that childhood is traumatic. Will is very sensitive to his memories of his childhood. Let's also consider something: Fe child likes handing out laughter like balloons and candy and can get addicted to it and frequently become class clowns, just like Will Smith does. Yea this particular class really triggered me because I have a family member just like Will Smith, you can't tell them anything because it all becomes a joke or that information is used inappropriately in public. I am pretty sure I am an ENFP cognition, I know Ne is my top function and pretty sure Si might be my weakest but being able to disceplene my Ne from going wild has been my biggest revelation. And when I am working I can appear ESTJ at times in short bursts. ( a bit Annicdotal, but it's what I've observed) I think I will read up more on what you said about sub types.
