    As an INFJ I definitely relate to her when she was talking about her "lame rebellious phase". I've never been interested in partying, drinking, etc. and as a 21 year old, none of my friends understand that. im very late to this but wanted to add that both Zendaya and her mom have stated she was very very shy as a kid, to the extent that she had to repeat kindergarten cause she just wont talk in class, she found a way to be less shy through performing and has said at first she acted most of her interviews and videos, like she thought if she put out this more extroverted role then she wouldn't be too shy to interact, eventually she learned to let her own personality shine and have this extroverted flareups amongst her introverted personality. loved the video :)

      I’m an infj and this is weird: I was super extroverted and would sing for anyone up until age 8 or 9. My mom said that when I was a toddler, she would put me in the shopping cart and I’d sit there and say hi to everyone in the store. Every individual person. But then when I was 9 my friends told me I was really annoying so I became really shy and ever since then have been introverted.

Or when she says that she’s prefer to keep her romantic life private in case things go well. So incredibly relatable. Zendaya is so confident and self assured, it helps me be more open and honest about who I truly am. I have social anxiety and I really feel embarrassed by how much of an introvert and homebody I am. I thought I was alone in this but it turns out that’s pretty normal to a lot of people!

      INFJ should develop their Ti with ENTP, not Fi and Te with ENFP, it is better to develop functions that you have but not fully developed, rather then functions that you lack, but somehow develop it.
      But i doubt this was created by someone that knows of the functions, they must have been like, their core E "NF" P should be the same, while their behaviour "E" NF "P" should be different for both types existing, and a good balanced couple.

      @d.k.4217 Pƙed 2 lety +19

      @@illsam That’s the thing though. Because Zendaya is a public figure she has to be somewhat extroverted but like he was saying, it’s more so coming from her extroverted sensing and feeling. She’s like a social chameleon, she’s adapting to people’s vibes and the situation which is like an INFJ’s strongest trait. INFJs are also very capable of being the most extroverted introverts and so can appear to many who only know them superficially as extroverts. It’s actually when you get to know INFJs better where it becomes more apparent that they truly are introverted by nature. And she probably wasn’t always an INFJ but developed into that personality type as she got older which is the case for many, myself included. I chose to be a teacher and surrounded by people all day, that at the end I choose me-time or time with limited people in my free time to gain energy again. So I have pretty much the same opinion as Zendaya. For me she could be ENFJ too, because she is outgoing. Zendaya is such a humble person who knows her worth, something I’ve always noticed she doesn’t feel the need to make herself feel or seem important. She lets others have their moment and time to shine, she never forces herself into a conversation of tries to be the center of attention. Even when she’s the biggest star in the room. I hope it makes sense what I’m saying, it’s just some ppl always like to try to bring attention to them purposely or accidentally but Zendaya never feels the need to. She’s just so genuine and always herself.

    The politeness part was so spot on. My brother calls me fake for being polite when we were together and visiting a relative or someone's house for a certain occassion. I just can't help it, especially when someone is accommodating us. I don't want to come off as rude so even if i'm not that close to the person, i do the customs.
    Also that part of having a grip on one's individuality. Despite experiencing catering too much to people and having identity crisis, it was impressive that I still managed to find clarity as to who I really am and I'm now accepting myself and enforcing boundaries. I've also accepted that i'm probably boring 😆 i just don't get the hype regarding partying, alcohol tastes like titanium and my room is the heaven on earth so yeah, it feels weird seeing someone with almost the same experience, i'm having a hard time processing it and I never expected Zendaya to be that relatable 😆

On the contrary, I’m here thinking about how to respond, trying to copy responses and making a huge effort to know how to do what INFJ’s do without any effort at all.
