This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and side planks. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

I am so glad that I found you. I’ve been practising yoga for 29 years and received my RYT500 in 2006. I live with an autoimmune disease, ankylosing spondylitis, and which it’s very important that I stay flexible as I age. Yoga is key for me to keep my body in balance, physically, mentally, spiritually, and hormonally. I generally do easier yoga but am loving your intermediate classes. Thank you for sharing your gifts, the work you do keeps me returning to my mat and allows me to truly live a longer healthy life.❤. Your transitions are beautiful 🤩

I am quite a beginner, and I practiced this routine early in the morning, so my body was barely woken up yet. So I slowed the video a bit and followed along. Until 15 minutes, I was impressed by my struggles, but for the last 5 minutes, my legs were behaving like two cramp-fearing fellows. I thoroughly enjoyed the routine. I have to practice it a few more times before I can move on freely. I like your contents. They are clear and in sync with my mental abilities. Please accept my gratitude 🙏 Thanks a lot, Charlie ❤❤❤

@torsachakraborty704 As a total beginner, it is always a better idea to join a yoga studio and do some basic courses first before you do yoga online.

You succeed in making me do things that usually I don't even try, saying to myself that I won't be able. It's such in a soft flow that I don't even have time to discourage myself and then I realize that I can do it and it's not even so hard! I get stronger and stronger thanks to you! Sweaty but so fullfiling!

I really loved this flow as an advanced yogi! Sometimes CZcams has yoga videos that are way too slow and "beginner" based. This was a nice variety of movements. I do wish the audio was a little different because the constant gulping/sniffling/swallowing was really loud on my end. Either way I appreciate the free content!

Hi Charlie. I’ve been following along with your yoga flows since March 2023. I have an eating disorder and finding workouts that don’t trigger that thinking has been difficult. When I stumbled upon your channel and tried it, it was like healing. Even down to the way you speak softly, your encouragement to modify without shame, being thankful for what your body can do, pausing, having fun, etc. I tried apple+ yoga recently and after one day cancelled the trial and went back to your channel. Thank you for what you do. You remind me to be thankful for everything my body does for me and those I love, not just the way it looks.

Thanks for this video. The warehouse atmosphere is cold, I prefer the nature background. Using leg strength was challenging but I like a good challenge and I'd like to be able to squat and rise using just one leg, so... good luck to me😄
