There's also a detail I've heard from someone on the internet. In the bar scene where Puss drinks, we can see 8 empty glasses as the wolf shows the wanted poster. Puss had drank 8 glasses which might imply he had spent 8 lives. He was drinking his 9th cream/milk, it's a metaphor that he's currently living his 9th life.

In these commercials he's shown talking to a chicken and addressing her as "Rosita", which is basically Spanish for "small rose". After Puss defeats the Giant of Del Mar, a chicken steps forth from the crowd and hands him a bouquet of roses. I'd like to think that it's actually a reference to Rosita.

It shows us that Puss wasn't actually talking to a bartender
, As the flashback shows that the bartender wasnt there before the Wolf shows up.

Another missed detail for the final fight scene would be that Death can be seen from everybody. We all known that Death only appears when Puss is about to die, but the on the last fight, everybody can see him, indicating that they are all on the edge of dying .This got me thinking about the characteristics of the scene. The moment Death shows up, we got the bear family of 4,Puss team which makes it 7,Jack and Death, which makes it 9.
Now remember when Death showed up and everybody saw him, that's right its about the time Puss was about to make the wish. So here's the plot twist, if Puss made the wish for more lives his wish would be granted but everyone standing on the star would had actually died one way or another. IF that wasn't the case then Death shouldn't be visible to other people.

I may be but the patterns and the traits of the Death was what led me to this conclusion. In total he showed 3 times, all these times Puss was being either on the verge of the death and Death made sure to remind that.In both cutscenes the one in wagos and the fight in the forest nobody perceived the Death appearring in any of those cases. So why did everyone could perceive him and see him on last fight? If we follow previous set patterns, that straight up leads to evereyone being on the verge of death, but during the whole fight he was nowhere? The question is why did he appear when Puss was only about to make a wish ? That means no matter what happened, everyone would die on that field the moment Puss makes his wish. This is only in theory because we need more appearance time for this villain to figure it out,but def it is a posibility.

The wolf saying everyone think they will be the one to beat him, but none has escaped yet, I personally think that since puss was able to beat him during the end once, this implies he didnt specify he's unbeatable BUT INSTEAD he is unescapable.

This might be an overlooked detail, but in the beginning scenes where he is singing his song, there is a scene where puss dances with a chicken while fire surrounds him. During this scene, his song makes reference to the fact that puss does not fear death. The fact that he was dancing with a chicken with fire all around him while saying those lines might be foreshadowing the fight scene with death in the end where he is surrounded with fire while fighting with death. Not only did the fire surround puss in the beginning the same way that it did in the end, he was dancing with the chicken in the beginning and metaphorically dancing with death at the end.

So maybe it's just Puss) so I was thinking that maybe he isn't associated with Anubis. I think it's more associated with the Grim Reaper than Anubis. It's still an extremely cool thought. However it wasn't an accident, afterwards at the cave where Puss meets his late 8 lives Wolf implies he played a hand at his 8th death with Gambler Puss immediately noticing and claiming he cheated which prompted Wolf to shatter him into pieces with a Shhhhh

Very well made video, loved how you searched for all the details. You definitely earned my subscribe 🥳 Here are 5 other references that I think are worthy of note :
    1) at the end of the first encounter with Death, the wolf says "corre corre gatito", meaning "run run little kitty". It is referenced at the last fight where Puss counters wolf's lethal assault with the tiny blade given by Softpaws, which Puss baptised as "gatito blade" => the little kitty has grown up and is striking back to Death, which we see a somewhat surprised face right after Puss' gatito blade quote, which could further indicate this reference. Also, the little cat head on the handle of the gatito blade could also be a reference to the 8 crossed little cat heads on the sickle of Death, as this 9th one don't want to be crossed, without a fight that is.
    2) speaking of which, "say hello to my gatito blade" is a reference to "say hello to my little friend" from the movie Scarface, with the little friend here being the litteral little kitty dagger.
    3) the whistle of Death is the same the whole movie, except at the end when he leaves after his defeat. The whistle seems less ominous, more joyful, or more hopeful?
    4) at the beginning of the bar scene, Puss says "I am Puss in boots, I am no lap cat", then proceed to lap his glass of milk 😁
    5) at the end of the giant's fight, Puss comes back for an encore with a "you're still here?". At the very end of the end credits, you can hear Puss' voice talking to the audience : "Oh, you're still here?"

8:58 correction the wolf in shrek is the one from the 3 little pigs hence why the 3 pigs are also around him. and 2 I have a theory the wolf (Death) is actually from the story of "the boy who cried wolf"

Your theory has no basis on what happens in the movie, the wolf straight up tells you who he is, so you are just being braindead

4:52 If you pause the video and look at one of the pictures of the scores at the top of the roof you are actually seen a wolf school probably represent bling death

12:00 that map looks similar to Hiiccup's from HTTRD 2
Maybe it's just because these are made from few sheets of paper not just one.

theres also a detail that i saw the fact that during the fight with the giant we can hear the bell ring 8 times the last one being his last life (bell falling on him) the amount of details like this in this movie is incredible !

I believe that Death unfortunately doesn't represent the Big Bad Wolf from the 3 little piggies story, as the wolf we have already seen in Shrek appears to be the same wolf in that story and in Little Red Riding hood. This is mainly due to the fact that every game in which he is playable, he is given a blow ability to push foes away.

for 8:40 this is not correct because he literally said it himself that he is death. So he can't be the big bad wolf.

If you noticed, When they were at the final battle against Big Jack and each other, they all saw and heard Death. A theory of which meant that all of them were close to dying. This meant that there were two paths that everyone at the moment were about to face. One reality is that Big Jack actually got his wish and killed everyone. Thee other ending is the ending that we got in the movie where everyone realized that their wish was in front of them all along, preventing Jack from getting his wish, and getting the chance to live which is why Death left the scene.

Also, if you listen to the amount of times the bell rings in the beginning, it rings 8 times to symbolize the 8 lives, with it's 8th ring being played over his 8th death.
