    They do sell the air filter kit with longer studs.

    Put a hood scoop on it and fabricate tubing for air filter to take advantage of air access through hood scoop.

    After my stage 1 build on the Duromax XP7. Header, .037 jet, e-tube, intake. When I run the aftermarket intake, it is really lean, and getting way to much air. When I stick the stock air box back on it runs perfect. Why would this be. I know it doesn't have a leak anywhere.

      .037 jet is too big. Use .035

      @@xaviermccloud4586 it was actually the EPA carburetor that wouldn't let gas pass threw to much suction. I tried a .034 still did the same thing. Just to much air, not enough back pressure to push fuel threw main jet.
