Also, everyone forgets that we've been in a world where City AND Chelsea appear to have been "cheating" FFP since 2009 with the wealth of an Oil state and a Russian Oligarch.
So each season, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs etc are needing to complete against teams who were unfairly (more than normal due to FFP's biases towards the big clubs) outspending them on and off the pitch.
This impacts which talent can be bought and which talent gets brought through academies.
The fact Klopp has managed to keep up and even win during this reign is enormously impressive.

I made that point with Chelssa last year. Chelsea has won about 8 troohies, and they had 31 managers in 31 years.

While I agree on one or two points that Lee has put out there, yeah, sacking a manager after, say, one season is over the top, but only if the team has the ambition to win the title that season. Then if that target has failed, then ask the questions, where did it all go wrong?

Nottingham forest spent almost 100 to 130 million on 15 to 20 players probably and now are getting points deducted there are certain teams that if not run the way they are will go bust so is it failure for the managers of those teams if they finaicially can not compete

The context that you don't get about Lee is that he criticizes Arteta because he needs Arsenal to win this season something major.
