As much as I think arsenal are a massive football club, but if you really think getting 'champions league football' gets you better attractive players I'm sorry you can't be called as a big club. United signed half of Ajax when they're in europa, Chelsea got Leicester players when Leicester were in UCL in 2016/17 and Chelsea finished 10th in 15/16. Chelsea also made some absolute madness this window despite being tenth if Arsenal are that big they should be doing big club moves no matter where they are in the league.

I was agreeing with Lee before this season but bro what are you complaining about rn. Arsenal look great with a young team and coach. They are dominating the league which is a very good start, lets not forget how shit they have been for the past decade. It will take time for arsenal to build cause they been on the decline for soo long and this season Teta was right, they had a Bang season. These 2 are from 2 diff generations so they will never agree with each other. But if this process continues like this and they keep building then arsenal will be serious. Next season they have to be competitive in all competitions and this season wining the league is A MUST. Ill be honest a lot of the big teams have had a very bad season like Chels,Liverpool,Man U. So arsenal are lucky with that but i cannot deny what Teta is cooking here, hes proved me so wrong. Teta knows ball and hes up to date with the football they are playing. Hes is making them more of a Modern Club which they been lacking for years. The one thing i would change about the club is start giving Teta the players he wants now and pay big money. Its time to level this team up again with players who can make the diff in Tourny like UCL.... They need a big player who can change the game with just 1 momentum play and they lack that. This is why they are always so short of making it through the stages. If arensal don't make a massive move on a player in the summer then start questioning Edu/owners cause Teta is def not the problem at all. As fans, we have every right to hold the club to a higher standard. However, those standards must be based on the reality of where the club is at the moment. This black and white, all-or-nothing type of thinking is childish honestly. So according to Lee, everything that has been put in place by Arsenal these past few years to get us to this point of challenging for the league means absolutely nothing if we don't win the league this season. That's how children think. As the saying goes Rome wasn't built in one day. Every top organization goes through bumps in the road, cycles of good times and bad times. that's just life in general. No person or organization, no matter how good, has a birthright to success. All that can be done is to place yourself in a position to win as much as possible. I think you'll find a lot of rotation in the Real squad just for them it'll be in domestic league games because outside the top 4-6 teams in any one year in Spain it's a farmers league filled with teams that would struggle to survive in the Championship. This is why teams like Real can turn up in UCL with a fresh full or near to full strength team every match. The proof of this can also be read into why Real are failing in their league this year, their squad is not quite as deep as it used to be but they'll still get top 4 in that league so they have no need to dilute the CL lineup. We do not have such a luxury in England, piss about in the league and you'll struggle to get into the top 6 or 7 by the end.

Those young players seeing how incompetent the club and manager was at winning trophies and tournaments, all started looking elsewhere.
