This time I will show you a recipe from my daughter's idea.
Chicken Mushroom Aglio Olio
Ingredients :
300 gr chicken breast boneless, diced
15 mushroom, sliced
450 gr dried spaghetti
For marinating the chicken :
A hand full fresh parsley, chopped
10 cloves of garlic, sliced
200 ml olive oil
2 tbsp chili flakes
Seasoning :
1/2 tbsp of salt
1tbsp ground black pepper
1tsp white pepper

There are a lot of good olive oil products out there. For me, I usually choose the one that suits the dish I'll be making. In this video, I'm using Filippo Berio for sauteing & grilling olive oil. Well, I hope this information is useful. Happy cooking!:)
