THIS IS WONDERFUL!!!! I just changed the cooking order like preparing the past last, cook the prawns, then do the garlic(I let brown just a bit longer) then CHOW DOWN!!! Delightful!!!!

You really need to add some fresh chili to the garlic and in the last minute also put the parsley in the oil - then the pasta. Thats how the Italians do it!

deglaze that "roux" like stuff at the bottom of the pan before the garlic burns, deglaze with a little pasta water or white wine or rosé.
It is also yummy if you like to add some cream to your pasta

Noodles looked a bit dry. Perhaps abit of liquid from boiling the spaghetti can be used in the frying pan?

You can add the pasta water into the pasta for some gravy so that it will not be too dry. It's optional.

Tuesday, bat may guts pa ung ibang shrimp? Sana hinugasan mo muna para talagang malinis. Then dapat madaming olive oil, wag mo titipirin ang olive oil since aglio olio literally means garlic and oil. Disregard mo na beh ung water. Just put oil and garlic and ground red pepper flakes. And wag ka matakot beh sa madaming oil since extra virgin olive oil naman gamit para jan. Walang mababarahan ugat jan mamsh. Good oil yarn!

The pasta is tangled because you didn't rinse it with running water.
To avoid spaghetti from sticking to each other...during boiling put 2 tablespoons oil & 1 teaspoon salt...
No. No self respecting Italian adds oil to their pasta. The flavor won't stick to it that way. My spaghetti never sticks. Why does yours?

No chef worth their weight will prepare the pasta first and let it sit in a colander. No wonder it was a struggle to separate it into the pan. It's supposed to be seamless: pasta from the boiling water is put directly into the pan with garlic. Ugh.
