Aglio Olio with Hamon and Quezo de Bola

Let's make a post-Christmas celebration pasta gamit ang leftover Hamon at Quezo de Bola! Super #simpol to do, kayang kayang lutuin in just a few minutes. Tuloy tuloy ang holiday celebration when you try this recipe!

Water for boiling
300g - Spaghetti pasta
Salt

Olive oil for sautéing
8 pcs - sliced garlic
1 cup - Diced Christmas Ham
1/2 cup - Pasta water
1 tsp - chili flakes
1/4 cup - grated Quezo de bola
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish:
Fresh Parsley
Chili flakes
