two years late to this video, but this car is awesome, I recently got my 1 series 114i 2014 plate and would love to do literally every mod you've done to this car; question is how difficult is it to change the exhaust?

mad exhaust Josh a carbon lip spoiler would look great along with a either carbon or gloss black rear defuser mods
I’d go with gloss black to match the splitter and side skirts but yeah I definitely want a spoiler. Diffusers look kinda strange on a single tailpipe car. I haven’t found one I like yet.

Do the splitter and side panels fit well ? I’ve got a 120i and I’m looking to get some but can only find ones that fit an m135 or m140. Do you have a link to where you got them from ? :)

Yes they do and im pretty sure the m135 and m140 ones fit all models because the car is exactly the same shape

I've got a Android Screen fitted which comes with Apple Car Play/Android Auto built in. With the addition of a aftermarket reverse camera with it too. My most recent modification on my BMW 1 series, highly recommend it.

@@JoshBatesYT I had it professionally fitted tbh. It took him about 10-15 mins to fit it. Didn't seem necessary hard, I think a wire or two needed bonding and one of them cutting that's all.
How much was it all to buy and get done

M packs, and years of the 1 series all have different steering wheels

Are the 3D and 4D plates legal?
Yes they are. I got these ones from nfplates
@@JoshBatesYT I went to a detailing shop and they told me the plates are not road legal, but they still sell them bec people like the look. Edit , would you also consider getting tints on the back of the car ?
Can it comfortably seat a 6ft 2” driver?
Yes, im 6ft2 also and its very confortable, you only need to adjust the seat to your liking 👌
I’m 6,6 and I drive comfortable shouldn’t be a problem!
