- What is your opinion about the state of AMS2 and how it evolved so far?
Let me know in the comments.
Game: Automobilista 2
Car: Caterham Seven 620R
Track: Cadwell Park
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900x
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080ti
VR: Valve Index - Hry
Man that car is snappy love the video great to see how far we have come with sims and use of vr 🙏👍👍👍👍
Verry good video I loved to drive the Caterham 7 in Project Cars 2 can't wait to try it in Automilista 2. But I need a VR capable computer, but it really sucks with the rediculous prices for a top videocart now a days.
Servus! Sehr gut gefahren! Super Kanal! Hab's gleich abonniert. Grüsse aus Petershausen bei Dachau (Hab gelesen du bist aus Landshut 🍻😬)
Danke, Gruß zurück nach Dachau
Waah! Really impressive, it looks real! I really like this type of video,
....only one thing, have you got in mind to do another VR video but on a motorcycle? As you did for example with GPbikes, maybe at mugello this time?
I think the video will be appreciated, and its SUPER COOL TO WATCH!!! 🏁🏍️🏆
Can you make another mixed reality tutorial video? It has been a while and I also love ur channel ❤️
It hasn't changed mutch, it's basically still the same procedure
I think if you purchase a motion simulator, it will further enhance your mixed reality videos👌👌👌👌
Or empty my pocket :-D. Not really a fan of motion cockpits. The affordable ones aren't really good and you have to pay a lot for something half way decent. Even then a lot of motion they do is often wrong and is more distraction than it helps because auf their limitations and latency
What is it like to drive in VR compared to the traditional way?
You can look around like in real life, you see it in 3D like in real life, things have the correct scale so everything makes the impression you could touch it. You really sit inside the car which is a great feeling which you don't get looking at traditional screen showing a flat picture. Everything is more immersive and intuitive because your vision doesn't have to adapt too much were on a monitor you have to learn how to interpret a flat picture which tries to show a 3D world. Playing on a monitor is as if you would replace the windscreen of a car with TVs, playing in VR is like wearing a helmet which reduces your FOV and makes everything look less sharp but the good VR headsets are at a point were the pros definitely overrule the downsides.
@@MixedRealitySimRacing That was informative, thank you. I've been your subscriber for a while now and have always wondered what it's like to drive in VR. I'm planning to get a VR setup sometime in the future, mostly for racing.
Wärst du so nett und könntest nochmal den Link zum Schirmer e92 m3 rausgeben? Der alte ist abgelaufen und Ich finde den Wagen nirgendwo im Internet :(
Hi,I think i am not very good at giving advice but i think you should try other games too. Like gta 5 city car driving , mixed reality would look so cool in these games. I have just suggested that but still you are best for me 😉
wow look at you go
Still driving a bit terrible and not as smooth as I'm used to :-D but it kind of makes sense in such a car that this would be difficult, so not really blaming the game for it in my 30min of driving so far.
why do all games insist on bumping the entire view for goign over bumps.... in real life if you go over bumps your whole body and mind adjust and the view never bumps, if you notice its only the car that moves within your field of view
That's a setting I made because I like when the view is 100% stable to the car. I don't like when a feature messes with my in-game head position while it doesn't change in real life. That way the car is a stable point of reference which always stays in line with me and my cockpit.
That is definitely not true, I used to race go karts professionally (even won a state championship) and I can tell you that everything shakes so much to a point that it is really hard even to read rpm numbers.
Racing cars and go karts are hard as rock they don't couple as well with bumps like road cars do.
