It is important to never forget this atrocity.
Innocent boys and men, civilian Nigerians were massacred by the Nigerian troops in Nigerian territory during the civil war.
    I will never forget.

Asaba massacre is a very terrible tragedy that should have never happened. Mr lawyer, you have actually said nothing and point of correction those people killed bec they're Igbos by wicked Nigerian soldiers were Biafrans as at then and no matter how Asaba tried to change their colors, heights, weights etc those demons in Nigeria will still see them as Igbos. That's why after 56 years of that atrocities Nigeria doesn't regret their actions.

@mrnelson3855, this is the problem with the Ibos. The people who were killed were the people of Asaba. I know a lot of Ibos were killed in the East, but Ibos should stop claiming that they are the only victim of the war. The most people who surffered the war were the people of the Mid-west. The Biafran soldiers killed them on their way to Ore. The Biafran soldiers also commited so much attrocities on their way back from Ore. Why do you think the Midwest supported the federal troops? They did because of the attricities that the Ibos committed when they were briefly incharge of the Midwest.
